They charged me $185 to repair the problem. They fixed it in 15 minutes. The ac has been working perfectly since then. Yes, it's a lot of money for 15 minutes of work but they were reliable, professional, and got the job done as promised. I'd use them again.

My husband called LA HVAC Expert on a Tuesday when our AC started blowing out hot air, they told us they would be out in a few hours (we called at 5 pm they gave an estimate of 7:30 pm arrival) I was able to unfreeze the AC myself but still wanted them to come out next day off. We called to reschedule for a daytime appointment and they couldn't have been nicer about it. Adam, gave me a call approx 30 minutes before arrival, when he arrived he wore a mask and maintained a distance from my husband and me the entire time. We had absolutely no idea what was wrong with our AC and he could've easily given any diagnosis and we would've believed it. Instead, he was very honest and told us our Freon and coils looked good and that since we have dogs that shed we should simply change the filter every 10-14 days instead of 30 days. He charged us nothing and was extremely friendly. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future. I truly appreciate his friendliness and honesty.

Adam is a gem! It's rare to find honest and professional people. He responded quickly and worked diligently to install a UV light into my AC handler. He was also one of the only people who could install a whole-home dehumidifier. I called over 10 companies and got flat ""no's"". With Adam, he laid out the pros and cons and gave me fair pricing. He was prompt to our appointment with adequate notice and open communication. He even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Needless to say, I am.
