LA HVAC Expert Woodland Hills - Air Conditioning & Heating Service

LA HVAC Expert was the only HVAC company that came through in an urgent situation. My place was without heat on a chilly night and after two other companies gave me wide windows of arrival times, then kept me waiting until the early hours of the morning to only cancel, LA HVAC Expert came through in under an hour even though i called them after midnight! They had the problem fixed promptly and charged a reasonable rate. They are now my go-to company.

Excellent service. Great communication. I contacted them at around 9 pm and within 10 minutes they sent a response and were able to pencil me in the following day. They arrived at my house and troubleshot my AC unit, and provided expert opinions on how to improve the cooling inside my house. I agreed to their suggestions and a couple of days later they added a duct to my AC unit, replaced an incorrect vent in my kitchen with a two-way vent, and found a leak in the system that was coming from a bad weld. They were extremely professional and on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used their services twice now (for two different furnaces), and both times have been excellent. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and I was never able to reach them. I'll be using them in the future.

My mother had an issue with her AC unit blowing hot air. We called them up and a technician came to service the unit. The gentleman was able to get it blowing cold air again. The AC unit needed parts to be replaced and abo technician was sent out to complete the repair. Thank you for the quick response and for helping my mother out.

Loved the AC service and the customer service. Super professional, extremely polite, and knowledgeable. They showed up with masks, did their service, and were honest about the issues the AC had. They offered what they thought was necessary and recommended against what they thought was unnecessary. You don't get that every day!
