I reached out to Energy Pals to inquire about getting solar. David Perry called me back to go over report he generated for me. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Explained it would not be cost effective to install at this time due to shading and current energy costs. I so appreciated his honesty and again his knowledge of my property and products! Very refreshing way to conduct business.

I used Energypal to help navigate the solar process. Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process and determining how many panels I would need for my usage and planned usage (e.g. switching to electric appliances). He made the entire process seamless and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend using Energypal!

I called EnergyPal for the guaranteed maintenance service on my A/C and furnace which they had installed. Because it was June, the technicians were all busy, but Ofir came himself. He was very generous with his time and thorough in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience with this company! Called them this morning as I needed my A/C fixed since it stopped working all of a sudden. I called several companies but ultimately decided to go with these guys since they were nice and able to come within the hour. I was astonished by how quickly, professionally, and inexpensively they got my A/C to work again. They seem like real experts. My technician was also extremely nice and patient. When my furnace broke, I called EnergyPal and they came out that day and got to work. I was worried that I was going to be told I needed a new furnace but Ofir diagnosed the problem, found the part, and it’s been working great ever since. Ofir at EnergyPal was prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company if you are having issues with your heater.

EnergyPal did a great job installing the new HVAC system in the home I'm renting. The owner, Ofir Segev, agreed to install the system on a Sunday because I couldn't do it any other day. He personally supervised the installation and he was very helpful and kind. The heater has been so great during the cold nights in Woodland Hills this winter and we've tested the a/c and it works so well. I know how important it will be in the summer. The whole system passed inspection. I am so grateful to Ofir for making this an easy process. This is a company that cares.

Telemarketer called me and talked to me like they’ve been at our house before. By this moment in the conversation I wasn’t sure if they had but we did have an HVAC repairman out about a year ago so it made sense for someone to followup by now (I found out later it was a different company). They offered a deal to throughly inspect and clean our AC unit and replace our filter for $20. For just the filter it was a bit much, but for the cleaning it made sense because we have dogs and their hair gets in the filter a lot, so I booked them. They missed 1st appointment. Came for 2nd appointment but didn’t do anything. Showed up in an unmarked white van with no gear. Rep said he didn’t know why he was here. We explained we signed up for the special deal, and he looked at our unit (didn’t touch it) and said “it’s fine” and then left. Made a lot of strange comments about our house and didn’t talk about our AC unit once. Made my wife feel very uncomfortable. I called their office, told them what happened, they said they’d call me back. It’s been a week and no one’s called. - I’m not sure this is a real company at this point... too many red flags.

Very professional company. My experience was really good. They have great communication. They gave me an accurate quote which was cheaper than few other companies i contacted. Their service was up to par and very fast. Highly recommended
