AFFORDABLE HEATING AND AIR

I was in desperate need of repairs on my AC during the hot summer and reached out to multiple different AC repair companies. Affordable Heating and Air were the most responsive and even sent me a text Sunday morning after reaching out to them on Saturday. All the other companies were unresponsive or very late getting back to me.

I was able to schedule with them over text right away for a few days later.

Martin came out and did a thorough check of the AC unit and identified numerous issues with the install and what was causing the malfunction. He topped off the coolant, tightened everything that was loose, and leveled out system. He answered all my questions and explained items that might cause further issues in the future, but did not recommend fixing them now, which saved me money as the unit could still have up to 5 years of life left before any other malfunction. I appreciated all his input and professionalism. He's been in the business for over 16 years so he really knows his stuff.

The price was affordable and he spent over an hour making sure everything was covered. Highly recommended.

I have known Donna for a long time. She is a true professional. When a freind of mine had an issue with his AC unit I asked Donna to assist and she did. He thanked me so much. Last week I had an issue with my heat pump so I asked Donna to help. Martin came out and did a thorough evaluation. He gave us a few solutions and we went with a replacement. Mini-split installation. Service immaculate, clean and timely., something I am very not used to with all other experiences of late with services requested. Martin and his team came through big.
