Our house has had the original AC unit system for over 25 years. Said AC unit system has given out on us on numerous occasions and has also left my room flooded with water on countless occasions. This past Friday our AC unit system gave out on us again. While searching online I stumbled upon LA HVAC Expert. I called LA HVAC Expert and within an hour they had a technician over at our house giving us a free estimate. Mind you, this is about 7:00 P.M. on a Friday night. Within an hour of their technician leaving our house, they Emailed me the estimated prices and pertinent information relating to the various options that they had to offer. My parents decided on the AC unit system package that was recommended to them and would be most economical for them and got back to LA HVAC Expert with their final decision on Saturday morning. Regardless, all of the replacement estimates provided to us were fair and were also reasonably priced. The various deals offered included financing options as well. Shortly after submitting our contract acceptance to LA HVAC Expert they advised us that their technicians would arrive at our home at 8:30 A.M. on Sunday morning. At 8:30 A.M. on Sunday morning, literally on the actual dot, I received a phone call that their technicians were outside and were ready to commence their job. Lily, who helped coordinate it all, was very delightful and was also very quick to respond. The technicians who replaced the AC unit system were kind and punctual and knew exactly what they were doing. For a not-so-pleasant situation to be in (not having a functioning AC unit system) LA HVAC Expert amazingly made this a surprisingly very pleasant experience! We are very happy with our new AC unit system and we highly recommend LA HVAC Expert to everyone and anyone who needs their AC fixed or replaced!

My a/c mysteriously wouldn't turn on this morning. I called LA HVAC Expert and the owner himself came out within a few hours and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with the breaker inside my air handler. It was a simple fix for him and I'm grateful he was able to come out to me the same day, much less within a few hours so I didn't have to suffer too long without an a/c. He also didn't charge me a diagnostic fee, and the cost of the work was reasonable. Would definitely call them again should any other problems arise with my a/c.

My AC broke on a Thursday morning so I called LA HVAC Expert to see when they can send someone out to diagnose the problem. After explaining to them the issue with my AC in conversation I mentioned my wife is pregnant and they immediately took action. Later on that evening, a technician passed by my house to inspect the 25-year-old unit which unfortunately had to be replaced. The next morning they were ready to replace my unit with a new one for a reasonable price. This company over exceeded my expectations. The technicians wore their PPE the whole time, were very professional, and even had a special mat to protect my wood floors. I will be using this company for my future services and would highly recommend them.
