LA Construction Heating and Air

I had these guys come out to install the free Nest thermostat at my house. They also swapped my air filter, cleaned my condenser, and recharged my refrigerant. It all happened quickly, and everything's working great. Scheduling was straightforward and the tech arrived on time. I've since called several friends to get them to take advantage of the program, and I'm recommending LA Construction as a good company to go with for it.

Jorge was VERY helpful and spent the time needed to fix the issue(s). He was very determined to fix the issue and explained everything he was doing. He even came back to return an item and checked to see that the unit was still working. Brittany lines up all the appts. and Jorge showed up when scheduled and on time plus, gave a heads up as to his precise ETA. Very happy to have my unit finally working again. Plus, I got a Nest installed that has changed my life for the better!

Excellent customer service, Mr. Park was very friendly, thorough and quick with the job. He didn't leave a mess and our new system looks great! I definitely recommend LA construction. They get the job done right!

Shaun was our technician, and he was great! He was friendly and had such a positive attitude. It was so hot outside on the roof and he didn’t let that get in the way. He came in got to work and did everything without a hiccup. He was very informative and even showed us how to use our new nest. It’s a little nerve wrecking when someone you don’t know will come in to your house. But when you get someone like Shaun it’s makes you wonder why didn’t I call sooner. He definitely made the experience easy and great! I am in no doubt that LA Construction and Heating only works with the best. I highly recommend them.

I got an appointment from this company for AC tuneup.
Their technician named Aris showed up on time. He was very nice, patient and professional and I really liked that he was trying to explain all the details so that I could understand what was going on. Also, he didn't push to upsell other parts or services, something annoying that other companies usually do. Their prices are reasonable. I recommend their services.

My mother-in-law (Louise’s) technician, Aris, was very professional and thorough. He checked out our old heating system and we feel confident that it will safely get us through another winter. He also gave us estimates for replacing it which we will consider.

Although I was not expecting the diagnosis on my a/c unit, the gentleman who came out Mr. Juan R. walked me thru the process and was very kind and courteous. He may have stayed longer than he had to to make sure that the temperature I requested was working properly. The pricing was very reasonable according to a retiree a/c technician that I called...so I was sold....Mr Juan's professionalism, knowledge, work ethics plus the pricing has made me a new customer.

Very happy with the service. DWP has a program where complete service of your air conditioner and heater are done, at no cost to the customer. They are so install a smart thermostat, also at no cost to the customer. The technician was wonderful and the office staff was very professional. Text messages were used to confirm appointment, Advise who the technician would be, and let you know when the job is completed.
