Called them in conjunction with LADWP AC tune-up program. Scheduling was quick and they communicated about ETA on the day of the appointment. The technician Jorge was very courteous, efficient and thorough in all aspects of checking/cleaning our system and installing the smart thermostat, and answered all questions I had. Would definitely call them again for future projects.

I am a repeat customer. Leonard is great and very patient with what we wanted for our bathroom remodel as well as repairing our AC. I shopped with several other company's for both the remodel and AC, and LA construction Heating and Air had the best quotes. We are very happy with both jobs. Staff is very friendly and professional. For the remodel they were on time everyday and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend.

Aris Shahbaziyan the service technician is very nice and professional with his job. He will explain everything you need to know and he will ask you if you have any questions. He is not in a hurry not unlike other company that I dealt with long time ago. He took time to teach us how to use the new installed NEST device for AC/Heating.

My wife and I were very happy and satisfied with his service and we are looking forward to see him again for his recommendation fix of our AC.

I would recommend him and his company to my family and friends.

All the work they did for my a/c unit was excellent. It was done in a timely manner with a very helpful technician who explained the whole process of what he was doing. The administrative staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They also told me about the LADWP offers of free maintenances that were available that I knew nothing about. If I ever need any more work done I definitely use them again

I initially left a 4 star review by mistake. LA Construction's service was 5 star all the way! Service repairman showed up 10 minutes early and fixed my AC very quickly. I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend, found them through the LADWP AC optimization program and couldn’t be happier. Super easy to make an appointment, got texts of appointment date and when tech was arriving. My tech Shaun was phenomenal. He installed 3 Nest thermostats, checked my AC units which needed some adjustments with fluid and replaced my air filters. Also linked up the thermostats with my phone and showed me how to use them. If you are doing the LADWP AC optimization I would definitely use them. In fact I had such a great experience I will using them for all my AC needs going forward.

Our technician arrived promptly as scheduled the first day of a heat-wave. Fortunately, we only needed a filter cleaning, and instead of selling us on a more expensive service, he showed us how to clean the filter and promptly departed. Now on day 2 of heat-wave, we paid the minimum service fee and our AC is running smoothly at 70 degrees.

I called the company a week ago to do the LADWP A/C optimization. The lady on the phone confirmed availability on Monday and told me that I will receive a text message once the technician was on the way.
Jun, showed up on time and proceeded to explain to me how the program worked. He was detailed and told me everything the program covered and what it did not. Also, he told me I did not have to do anything that added costs if I did not wanted.
I have two A/C units. One close to 25 years old and the other about 10. He cleaned them and recharge the newer one as it needed about 5lbs of freeze on. He told me to check on the temperature of the air after summer to see if it was still cooling properly, if it does not, there maybe a leak but that needs to be figure out separately.
He installed the Next thermostat and went over everything he did at the end of the service.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service from the first interaction to the last. I will certainly be calling them if I have a leak or any other A/C needs.
