Shaun Robledo,the hvac technician,arrived on time,was very honest,friendly,and professional. He did a thorough inspection,explained everything in detail to me and went step by step in his inspection. I am very pleased and would definitely look to use them again if I need hvac work done in the future.

Jorge was fantastic! He was punctual and super friendly. He kept me updated all along with what was going on and what he was doing. He installed the free Nest thermostat and checked my air conditioner through the LA DWP program, which benefits myself as well as the DWP. THIS WAS A FREE SERVICE! If I ever need work on my air conditioner/heater, I won’t hesitate in calling LA Construction, Heating and Air Conditioning. Once a person finds a company like this, they stick with them! Jun Park was excellent. Quiet quick and thorough. He installed the air scrubber by Aerus which has space age technology that gets rid of 100% of covid-19 in less than a second. I chose LA Construction heating and air because they specialize in installing this product. Which was recommended to me by a scientist in my family.

I used this company to install new a/c & heating units in my house. The job was done professionally with as little inconvenience as possible. The equipment installed was high quality. I highly recommend Leonard and his crew of courteous installer-technicians.

The tech they sent was Juan and the problem was fixed within 30 mins. Tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also let me know possible issues that could happen if the heater fails in the future (most likely a pressure switch), they took pictures and if heater fails in the future, will have to order the part and install. If he had the part, I would had him install it. Cost was minimal, a little over the cost of the visit. I have HEAT!!! I am happy!!! These guys are my HVAC guys and will be telling everyone I know to use them!!!!

I was impressed with Jun's professionalism and he's patience to complete the job. He replaced my filter and then proceeded to clean my coils on my AC unit. And after that he replaced my thermostat with an energy efficient one. Great work from DWP and LA construction
