We are satisfied with Fleetwell, I hired them to me to take a look at my tankless water heater. The tech they sent out was smart and had skills. He showed me what the issues were, told me what we needed to do and did it, all good now!

Fleetwell sent Javier and Scott over to inspect and fix our thermostat. I was very pleased with their service. They arrived on time and were both very transparent of what repairs were needed.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOCUS!!!! We have been long-time clients of Fleetwell, usually for furnace/air conditioner annual checks and maintenance. This time, we also had our ducts, including the dryer ducts, cleaned. As always, we were treated promptly and professionally from scheduling through service completion. I very much appreciate the company’s desire for customer feedback and the willingness to keep the client satisfied. We were very impressed with Fleetwell Heating Repair. The service was fast, which was exactly what we needed since the cold weather has been hitting us hard. They also provided a great estimate, which wasn't too high. In fact, of the handful of companies we considered, they had the best prices. We were very happy to have found a company that could help us out in our time of need. I have already had neighbors asked who we used and I've been happy to recommend Fleetwell to them. They will without a doubt be the only company we use in the future.

AC unit crapped out, of course right before July 4th. Javier and Scott came to check it out. There were both very thorough and offered us a range of options with great communication. We ended up replacing a lot of things (I’m no technical expert). Walter showed up July 5th with everything needed, was very fast, and did great work. Stephanie in the office was also great in communicating with me and was very patient with my endless questions. Overall, great service. Couldn’t ask for better! Just to be clear, I had a great experience with them.

I had the perfect experience with Fleetwell who installed a new air conditioning system in my home. From the owner to the technicians and the admin staff, all were professional, very knowledgeable, always accessible, punctual and followed through on their commitments. The owner clearly explained our options, and provided very sound advice. The installation was seamless and the Admin staff were excellent with follow-up. As an added staff, they were all genuinely nice people. Highly recommend it.

Fleetwell installed a new heater for me and they did such an amazing job. Their staff was really knowledgeable and were able to advise me on the best possible unit for my needs. They also made sure to answer my questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend working with them. I plan to have them come out to service my unit regularly. I have no doubt that I will be using this company for a long time to come.

Fleetwell is a great company for both plumbing and HVAC need. I just recently used them for my heater replacement and the experience was great. They did everything so quickly and efficiently. I thought that having my system replaced would take a lot more time but they were on top of everything. No matter what kind of services you need, you will love working with Fleetwell.
