Had a great experience with the company. From the initial call to schedule an appointment, representative was very polite and accommodating in my availability. I was receiving texts about the order status and reminders. They even called when there was an opening to see if the tech can come out sooner.

Shaun (tech) arrived on time, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained everything thought the process. Thank you for making this so easy!!!

I feel so bad that I can’t remember the man that came to my house but he was such a sweetheart and worked hard and was very informative. He did what needed to be done quickly and did not interrupt our crazy household even with the dog running around. Overall very happy with this company. Despite the holidays they return my call quickly and were able to schedule an appointment promptly.

Really great experience with LA Construction Heating and Air. They were detailed on the original call, and followed up when they said they would. I had 2 other quotes for $1200+ to repair a motor that had us without heat. Both of the other companies needed at least 5 days to get parts and make time. LA Construction came out and repaired the problem same day and charged me $720. Every appointment was updated before and after with texts and emails. Then they put in a Nest thermostat, helped me with the app and how to use it, then serviced my system thoroughly, all at no additional cost to me. Everyone I spoke to and worked with seemed genuinely concerned to help and very capable. When dealing with contractors, especially when something is broken, this is a welcome relationship. I appreciate the help and wanted to take the time to put it in writing. LA Construction Heating and Air did a great job at almost half the price and we will be using them for all maintenance going forward.

This is my second time going with LA Construction Heating and Air after having an excellent experience a few years ago. Jun Park was again, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable; answering any questions I had. Amber was also on top of all communication leading up to the appointment. Appointment system is awesome! Technicians are friendly, thorough, and on time. We are very happy with LA Construction, Heating and Air. They came out for the first time for an AC tune up program that DWP has. We got a free Nest thermostat! Since that visit, we’ve used this contractor for both emergency AC repair as well as regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

I found out about the LADWP A/C rebate program from Next Door, a neighborhood blog. Everyone who signed up raved about LA Construction and Jun, the technician who did the work. Making an appointment was very easy. Jun showed up at the appointment time. He was professional, competent and installed the Nest. I was concerned that my fuse box is very old and my A/C system is old as well. Jun assured me that everything was fine. After he cleaned the coils and the filter and set up the Nest he helped me pair the Nest to my phone. I am delighted with the whole process and highly recommend LA Construction and Jun. As promised, the whole installation and Nest were without any charges whatsoever. Thank you!!!

Great work. They arrived on time, installed my thermostat and went above and beyond to make sure my air conditioner functioned properly. Jorge A. was polite, courteous. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Additionally, he took the time to show me how to work the new unit and to answer all my questions. I highly recommend LA Construction...I plan to use them in the future.

A great, professional and clean team to work with. I got their info from a rebate LADWP had, and LA Construction was one of the approved contractors on the list. After reading their Yelp reviews, decided to go with them and I am super happy with my selection. They called me back same day to give me an available appointment they had. The technician showed up on time, did the job in professional manner. Cleaned and put anything moved around back in its place. Didn't try to upsell me on things I hadn't requested. Overall, very happy with this company.

They notified via text when Jorge the technician was on his way ; he arrived on time and was polite efficient courteous and knew exactly what he was doing.

He answered all the questions I had along the way And the service was definitely "full service"
