Can’t believe my great luck running into this honest, smart, hard working man and his business. I had three otherHVAC companies come give me quotes on TRANE HVAC systems- I recently wasted a lot of money on repairs when I should have bought new, so I thought that was what I was looking at when I asked for bids. The other companies came and gave me bids but didn’t ask to see anything. I’m 65 and a woman and I have no idea what I should tell them anyway; all I knew was the condenser outside the bedroom stopped humming and now there was no AC.
I told Robert Harris I wanted a bid and he replied he wanted to look at the condenser unit first. He told me my 2002 TRANE was good quality and should last longer. He tested a few things, found the first problem, verified there wasn’t another problem and told me he had a replacement for the part in his truck. 30 mins later I had AC and I wasn’t buying anything. I’m in awe of this type of honest dealing, interest in a solution, and having the parts on hand.

Great work at a fair price. Told me what time he would be there and he was. I was told I needed a new system from a different provider and when Harris air came out he told me it was just low on refrigerant. Filled it up and it works great.

AC was circulating air at room temperature. Heating unit not working. After several days testing, I called for help.
When Trent arrived the heating unit decided to start working when he tested it.
Trent examined the unit for problems and suggested several potential causes should the problem reoccur.

Rob installed a minisplit unit in my backyard casita and recharged the Freon for my home AC. His work is excellent and professional. I'm sure I'll need my heating/AC unit replaced in the next few years and I'll certainly call Rob. He is also a great resource for other licensed specialty contractors and compliance experts.

Robert was wonderful. He's personable and a good communicator. Didn't try to sell us anything like the big well-known plumbing and heating companies do.

He knew exadtly what to do, once he understood the problem and what we could live with. This involved cutting off the air mixer all together plus rerouting the heating duct.

A huge plus . . . his final bill was at the bottom of his estimated range. Can you believe that?

Our water heater was shutting off and we wouldn't have any hot water, making us restart it about everyother time we needed hot water. Finally it just wouldn't start-up anymore... So we did what we always do when something like our air conditioning, or heating acts up. We call Robert Harris of Harris Air. and like always he answered the call and was at our house bright and early the next morning. And once again he quickly found the problem and explained what we needed replaced in an easy to understand way. And also once again he didn't try to sell us things we really didn't need.
