Harris Air, Mechanical installed a new HVAC system in our home. After reviewing three proposals, we chose the most appropriate system to meet our heating & cooling needs. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation. They were also adherent to all COVID required safety guidelines. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Robert came to our house yesterday as our air conditioner was down. In a short time he had fixed the problem and we were so happy to have it back blowing out cool air again. Robert is the real deal and really knows his stuff. He is very professional and honest which nowadays those qualities are getting to be tough to find. I was not happy with Harris Air. I felt that I got taken advantage of. Robert came out and gave my wife a quote to fix the heating unit. We gave him the ok to come out and do the repairs he was in and out within 10 minutes and then I asked for a break down in the price because the job was done so quickly and I wanted to know why it cost $470. He reluctantly told me that he charges a lump sum. I then asked again please send me an itemized recipe of what I’m paying for. When he finally did I saw that I was charged $331 labor cost for a job that took him 10 minutes. He informed me that my job took 3 hours of his time and I’m not sure where that time came from because he was in and out of my home on both occasions within 20 minutes. Some of his justification for such a high labor cost was because he had to make two trips to my home for which the first trip he was paid up front when he came out for the diagnostics and when you take into account of his expenses he has to make a living. I would never use Robert (Harris Air) again.

Our air conditioner went out on a hot hot day. They came out same day (our usual company were scheduling 5 days out). He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and didn't charge an arm or a leg! Thank you Harris Air! You've got a new loyal customer.
