Arrived on time, quoted cost of work, professional, tidy, personable. did job that two other HVAC companies would not undertake.

Three years later, called them back and they came very quickly and gave me options.

Our AC died on one of the hottest days of the year. We called Harris Air and early the next day, they sent out a tech who was quickly able to diagnose the issue, replace the part, and get the AC to work. Paid right there with a credit card and a receipt was emailed to me right afterward. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Robert Harris has repaired our HVAC for a few years, and then installed a new HVAC system 3 years ago. He has always done outstanding work at a fair price. Yesterday afternoon, when it was 100 degrees, our AC went out. Robert replied to my call promptly, came over this morning, and fixed the problem for a VERY reasonable price. He lives up to his high standards once again. Thank you Robert. We recommend him highly!

Robert was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. We had a bad capacitor, and he had us up and running again in 30 minutes. He also explained the best practices for maintaining the unit over time, which I greatly appreciated. Would happily use his services again.

Harris Air responded immediately to an issue with the heating system at our property; because it impacted a tenant the quick response was critical. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in a matter of days and the tenant is satisfied as am I.

We aren’t pleased with these guys as we were under the impression that spending $600 with them to “fix” something would make our AC work again. I wouldn’t have done it in the first place if it was going to not work still. We were deceived and it feels like a quick cash grab by them. I was told their $600 bid would get it going long enough to last a short while which is what we wanted but that wasn’t the truth and they straight up lied to us and stole our money. Of course they will blame us instead of taking any responsibility for what they told us. Avoid these guys unless you want to be ripped off!

Robert came and fixed a problem that I was having with my A/C. He was diligent, fast-working, and 100% solution oriented!!

On top of that, he explained everything very well, was very courteous, and the problem was fixed! I will absolutely ONLY call them from now on to take care of my HVAC issues.

I had 2 techs come out previously to check on the same problem,
And ultimately suggest buying a new HVAC system, through them, of course.
