Harris Air

Robert and his crew at Harris Air have done plenty of great work for me over the past couple years. The pricing is fair with no surprises. When a simple maintenance and repair was called for, it was taken care of without trying to up sell me. Later at a different house, when a total change out was needed, they took care of that right away too. I couldn't believe how quickly and skillfully these guys went about their work. Although I don't look forward to having any HVAC problems in the future, I would only call HARRIS AIR to solve them.

Harris Air is a top-notch outfit! After checking out several other companies, I decided to use Harris Air to replace my entire system. The house is a single story 3500 SQ in Morgan Creek Roseville and we plan on staying here. Robert spent the time explaining the various options, the pros and cons with each and made a recommendation that was spot on with our needs. We shook hands, and within a week the job is done and I couldn't be happier. He is a professional you can trust. I would actually rate Harris Air the only "Six Star" rating if that was possible. I will certainly use this company for any of my needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing the best A/C business in the valley. .

Responding swiftly to my call, Robert and his people were courteous and attentive, listening to my explanation of my heating problem and quickly tracking down the source of the problem and presentIng a solution, with reasonable cost and timeframe.

The work was accomplished within the quoted cost and time, in a “no nonsense” and safety-focused manner ... working in the rain at some points.

I find Harris Air to be highly professional and experienced company, and I will be calling Robert for followup maintenance and service of my A/C.

During the hottest time of the year, the a/c starting blowing warm air. Harris Air scheduled me for service right away (thank god!) and the unit was fixed at a reasonable rate. We are very pleased with the service we received!

These folks are fantastic! In the middle of the heatwave, I called on Friday and they came at 8 am on Saturday. Everyone else I called was a week wait. Turns out we needed a new system, but I was given the option to repair as well. I got two other bids and Harris was the lowest. They are prompt, work hard and extremely knowledgeable. I was treated honestly and fairly. I'll never call anyone else again!

I had Harris Air install a new HVAC system and ducting. They had great financing options, great prices and did an amazing job. They were on time and went above and beyond with their service.

Robert was a great guy who runs a top-notch business. This probably sounds odd, but I almost wish needed more work done because I liked doing business with him THAT much. I wish more contractors were like this.

When I discovered I had to have my entire HVAC system replaced, I talked to one other company who came in about $1500 more expensive for a single fuel (heat-pump only) system that would have stressed out the circuits on my old house. That guy didn't even check my circuits and said a duel-fuel system would cost a lot more.

So, in the end, Robert gave me a more efficient duel-fuel (heat-pump AND gas) system that wouldn't stress out the circuits on my house, for way less than the first guy. In addition, I'm annoying curious, I asked him all kinds of questions and Robert really took the time to go over my options with me and explain the pros and cons. He showed up on time, got the job done on schedule, hauled off my old junk system, and left everything spotless. I love the chance to write a review for someone who deserves it. Harris Air is top-notch.

Harris Air actually did not require to be paid right after job was done. They took a risk and sent me the invoice hoping I would pay. As a service technician myself, that is taking a huge risk of not getting paid, but I myself appreciate when my invoices are responded to immediately, and I know Harris Air appreciates that as well. Very efficient payment system from Intuit.

Amazing service and really great people. Contacted them at 7:00 am today, they responded in 15 minutes and set an appointment for this afternoon. They arrived ahead of time and sent me a text and waited for my arrival. I explained the lack of cooling, they looked at the unit and in a minute, yes in one minute, diagnosed the problem, a blown
capacitor, a result of plugged filters. 15 minute later and all fixed and cool air coming out the vents.

I can't emphasis how friendly and professional these people are. You can have total trust in them based on my experience. I would give them 6 stars if it could.

We could t have asked for a better experience with Robert from Harris air! On the first of many consecutive triple digit days our AC went kaput. After my fiancé called 8 other companies with everyone telling us they couldn't get out for days we found Harris Air recommended on NextDoor and we gave them a call, we spoke to him at 5pm on Sunday and he said he would be out between 6-7 that day. He showed up at about 6:15 and pointed out our problem, a broken capacitor and a extremely dirty system. He fixed and cleaned it up in under an hour for a very affordable price. He was friendly and professional and his company is 24/7! We definitely recommend Ribert from Harris Air!
