Robert Harris and his Team responded quickly, diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit's capacitor and installed a new one for us on the spot.
It is amazing to me that with the "supply chain shortage" that other businesses are citing these days that Robert had the part he needed, and we are sooooo grateful!!!
They resolved our issue while being friendly and courteous!
What's more is that they are very organized and efficient with their business's online presence and made it extremely easy to schedule our appointment and also pay our bill right away, which we did because we are so appreciative to have our air conditioner back up and running right!

Robert informed me that the units I had were not top of the line and suffered from a poor installation, but that they were only a couple years old and just needed some TLC.
