My ac unit completely shut down on me last week and I was worried I’d have to spend thousands of dollars to buy a new one. Andre came out to my house and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He was professional and skilled with fixing the problem and getting my air to work right away. He left no mess and gave me tips on how to be more efficient with my AC. Best in the business!!

Continual problems beginning with installation. Thermostat stopped working three times in the first two months due to installer "cutting corners" . Technicians extremely rude. Really bad experience. Hard to believe all the 5 star ratings...definitely would not recommend doing business with Around the Clock.

Wow! There really isn't enough I could say about how amazing this company is. Around the Clock has been my go to for years! Whether it be my house or my large retail showroom, Around the Clock is always there as soon as I call. I always know that they have my back as they have the absolute best customer service. I chose Around the Clock to install a new roof air conditioning system and new ductwork years ago. SInce then they have meticulously maintained the system semi annually with friendly and efficient service personnel.

I called Around the Clock after having called multiple other places. I wish I had called them from the get go. I was greeted by a pleasant lady named Azi she answered all my questions and scheduled me for same day service. The service man was very knowledgeable and professional his name was Igor. I would give them more stars if I could. I would recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

They offer a bi-yearly maintenance plan that customers pay in advance. Such a great idea to have a company looking out for my home, so I signed up! They called in April to schedule. I was out of town and contacted them in July upon my return. I was told I missed the time frame and would not receive my summer maintenance even though I paid for it. They responded saying because they are so busy during the summer, they only accommodate emergency calls and not maintenance calls. This information was not disclosed to me during purchase of the bi-yearly maintenance. They finished the conversation telling me they will not be honoring the first maintenance and they will contact me in October for the second half of our arrangement. My a/c unit went out yesterday. When I called, they were available same day within 2 hours of my call. The technician told me that clutter and debris can cause failure of the blower and it would need to be replaced for $1500. Sadly, this was a problem that most likely could have been avoided with maintenance.

Always on time, always efficient...Igor is terrific! OTC has helped us through a complete upgrade to our AC and heating system, and we are very happy to have found them when we purchased our house 7 years ago.

We used Around The Clock for the installation and ongoing service of our Air & Heating unit in our Studio City home. They keep it running great! The home is now a rental and we have continued our service through Around The Clock. I recommend Around The Clock to all home owners and landlords.

Around the Clock is by far the best HVAC company I've worked with in 30 plus years of living in Los Angeles. I've been using Around the Clock for the last 4 years at two different houses. At my previous home, on their first visit, they were able to diagnose an ongoing problem with my HVAC that the previous service company was unable to figure out in nearly 7 years of visits. Now in my current home, I use them both for regular maintenance of the system as well as a few emergency visits (i.e. AC goes out during a heatwave, they came the next day!). Everyone who has been to the house has been kind and helpful. I always recommend Around the Clock to anyone who is looking for a great HVAC company.
