Ernie, Yonathan and David came today and installed a Lennox 3 ton system purchased through Costco. All three were very professional and competent. I found them polite, courteous and respectful, and would definitely recommend this group of individuals!

I was very impressed by the work done by Ernie, David, and Younathan. They were very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. They treated my house as if it was their own. Everything was installed perfectly and neatly. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

Very old HVAC finally decided to break on us in the worst summer time. We didn’t know how hot LAs sun can be until we didn’t have cold air. We called around the clock, Michael came next day. We talked about our options, he was very charming and knowledgeable, turns out we had to get a whole new system. He called his team and made sure to get us in front of the line asap. Emergency heat weave style. Then called me the next day to tell me Ernie, Yonathan and Alex were ready to come and install the new HVAC system. Just like that! In a very short time they made it possible for us in 3 days! I would like to thank them for the awesome job they did. Very clean, professional. They explained everything to me. Ernie even helped me setting up the Nest app on my phone! I truly appreciate you guys! Life saviors.

We just had our HVAC replaced after the one we had for 25 years started having issues. The tech that came out said that he could fix it but there may be other issue in the near future. We decided to replace the HVAC system. Ernie and Yonathan were assigned this installation. They were on time, very polite, professional, and clean. Ernir gave me a full detail of what they were going to do. When the installation was done Ernie helped me set up the new thermostat with my iPhone. Gave me some instructions on how to use it. Both Ernie and Yonathan were great to work with through the whole installation process.

Ernie, Yonathan, David have been very professional and pleasant. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. Ernie made sure I understood the system that they put in. They all worked very hard to make sure everything was put in right. I was also impressed that they made sure they cleaned up after themselves.

They didn't even give me a heads up that they would be late. When I called to see where the technician was, they said the technician got caught up with his first appointment and would be there soon and within the call time. When the technician still hadn't arrived and it was past the time the tech was to arrive I called again to find out what was going on. They then claimed the tech was stuck in traffic. So that means I was his second appointment and waited for three hours for nothing. I rescheduled. I asked for a manager to call me so that I could report my complaint. The woman who I was speaking with seemed sympathetic to why I was upset. I asked them to give me a heads up on when they would be arriving on the second appointment. They did not. It takes time to lock up the dogs which is why I wanted a 20 min heads up. I called the office again to complain and ask for a manager to call me. This time the woman was not sympathetic or cared how I felt. I've been waiting since July 14th for anyone from the company to call me to acknowledge the issues I had. Then I receive multiple emails from the company asking if I would recommend them. I have sent them another request for a manager to call me. This time in writing through their email where they asked if I would recommend them. I'm glad I don't have a bigger issue or I would never get a call back or resolution. I see this company has great ratings and the tech was nice and has been with the company for years. That is why I used them. So I am sad that they provided such terrible service to me. I'll keep looking for a reliable company.

I would like to shout out to Ernie and Yonathan. They were very friendly and professional. They reassure me that I do not have to worry about anything. If I can give more "STARS" on Google, I would rate them 10/10. Give these boys a RAISE! Great service I had so far and made my day. I recommend this company ! Now I can enjoy my A/C and Heater.

Finally splurged on the Costco lennox system, guys came on time, did the install in les than 6 hours. Friendly guys, helpful and effecient work. Ernie ,Yonathan, and the
Ogher guys did wirk.

The (3) gentleman that came out yesterday (7/18/2022) to replace my Mom's AC & heater system in Simi Valley were top notch, very professional and are clearly experts in their jobs.

The three were, Ernie, Yonathan & David.

All were very kind, had attention to detail, were clean with the work (both during and after completion) and took the time to give a clear and precise explanation of all the work that was completed.

My mom and I could not be happier with their service.
