My gas furnace would not start. I called 3 HVAC outfits and Around the Clock very promptly was the first to respond and schedule a diagnostic visit that morning. The tech was on time and fully experienced. He correctly diagnosed the issue with my heater and offered to repair the next day at what I feel was a reasonable cost estimate. I opted to do the repair myself. The initial diagnostic service charge was a bit higher than competitors but I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again given responsiveness, experience and follow-through.

Very unprofessional staff. The guy showed up to give me estimations on the replacement unit. He did not even look at the unit to make sure of the required new unit. He just said he checked it on Google Maps. He just sat down at the table and gave me a big number. He provided no discount or not much information or breakdown of the cost. It seemed like he just wanted to leave as soon as he got to my house. It was a waste of time for me. He gave me an unreasonably big number, no explanations, and left as soon as he gave me the number. He didn't even give me time to digest the cost and ask questions.
I'm very disappointed and will not give them my business now or in the future.
He did mention that they get a lot of customers through costco. And I felt like he didn't care if he had my business or not.

We used Around The Clock a few weeks ago for installation of a new HVAC Unit. Ernie, David, and Yonathan were incredible. They were on time, polite, and very respectful of our home. Everything was explained very clearly. Great experience, would recommend this company to everyone. I would also like to mention Art who was our initial technician . Art walked us through the purchase of our new system. He brought us all the paperwork and was great to work with.

We had a full re-do of our central AC system including the duct system in the attic which probably was installed when the house was built (1977). We did get estimates from several companies and decided on Around the Clock because everything seemed better from value, cost to warranty. Everyone we spoke with from the company from Sales to finance person were super nice. I also noticed that everyone from the company were very honest and clear with their dealings, which I thought spoke for the company itself. Ernie, Yonathan and David who installed the system did a great job and answered all of our questions and needs even as the installation were being done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering HVAC installation or service.

My A/C went out last night worked great the night before. I called several A/C companies last night non of them called me back this morning. I called one this morning I was told to call the original Mfg of my A/C unit. So by flook I called Around the Clock after reading the reviews, spoke with Christine told her I might need freon she knew exactly what I needed. she gave me appointment time for this morning. Art arrived less than 20 minutes after my first appointment time. I explained the problem to him he checked the inside of my home and then went up on the roof to see my unit. He knew exactly what the problem was one fuse blew. I told him to replace both fuses incase the other one would become faulty in the near future and need another service call he obliged. He stated that the freon valve cover was missing a part so that was replaced. My Freon was fine. After pay my bill approximately an hour later my A/C was up and running. So far so Good. Thank you Art, Christine and Around the Clock. They are the worse I had them come for a service before the 2022 heatwave. I was charged for freon that I didn't receive when I went to use my A/C in June. I called my original A/C person and there was no Freon in ;my unit what so ever. I had to pay over $900.00 just to put Freon in my unit. I disputed the charged I had on my credit card that I paid Around the Clock and I will never use them again. They are awful.

We are very pleased with the exceptional service that Ernie, David & Yonathan provided. They installed our HVAC system and they were very professional, helpful and excellent. Ernie answered all the questions we have and husband and I were very satisfied. Thank you guys!

Our HVAC condenser malfunctioned today, the compressor stopped working so no cold air was produced. This company was recommended and they sent a technician who charged us $850 to replace the fan motor capacitor and install a jump start kit for the compressor. I saw the parts and they are inexpensive. I am an electronics engineer. The capacitor costs between $50-150 depending on brand and the jump start kit is less than $50. So for 1 hour labor we were charged about $650 . It took actually less than 1 hour. Since I have a 73 old senior living in my house I had to get this job done ASAP as it was hot inside. I feel completely taken advantage of and would never use this contractor again !

Ernie, Yonathan and David were wonderful! They were constantly communicating with my wife and I. They were very professional and efficient. They explained the process thoroughly and were very concise. I would recommend Around the Clock to everyone I know, and for them to ask for Ernie and crew! Top notch work and professionalism!

Ernie, Yonathan and David came and did a full HVAC system replacement at our new home. They said they would get it done in two days, which was surprising to me because it was a complete gut job, and they 100% delivered. They were very professional and extremely communicative, which I really appreciate when making such a large purchase. I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Awesome team!
