I had an emergency situation where I needed to get my AC split systems approved by the city of LA and upgraded to their guidelines. Yossi and his team were unbelievably professional, efficient, talented and kind. I could not recommend them higher. They took care of all the details and made my life so easy throughout this difficult process. I can't wait to work with them again and refer them to all my close contacts!

We had Lions install a new Heating wall unit and they discovered that the previous installation company did not put in the vent system properly which could have been dangerous. Although there were some issues on the new job they did, their own employees after inspecting the job, saw the problem and fixed it immediately. This says something about their professionalism

AC unit had died just before it was going to start getting hot and just before a long holiday weekend.
With a toddler I was worried it was going to be too hot at night for them so I called a few places. Lions was one of the few places that answered the phone but they were the only place that were able to immediately get someone out to my place the same day.
Tech texted then called to let me know they were on the way. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and replaced the part.
Did a great job. Oh and we don’t wear shoes in the house and without asking the tech put covers on his boots which was really wonderful to see. Usually it’s an awkward discussion with folks to either take your shoes off or put something over it.

We are very satisfied with our choice of Lions Heating & Air Conditioning to address a quite complicated project with our 20 years old, multi zone - AC and Heating System – managed by old battery-based thermostats, which we decided to update to contemporary, Nest 3rd generation thermostats.
Technician Sammy seamlessly navigated over all issues introduced by interfacing Nest thermostats with our old HVAC multi zone system – quickly resolving all, thanks to his knowledge and experience.
Truly a miracle - Sammy had our system up and running – all within the scheduled timeframe.
We would also like to acknowledge the friendliness and responsiveness of the customer service and management of the company (Joseph) in analyzing our potential issues (based on our photos of thermostat and internal wiring) and setting up the appointmen

Fast and thorough service. In less than 24hrs Lions sent two technicians to my home to move a mini split A/C I needed to relocate because of my pool equipment. My home is brand new construction, but the technicians were able to point out issues with the original install and installed it better than the builder with the correct insulation and copper pipes. Furthermore they provided me with additional information on how to maintain my system as well as an overview of how it works which I didn’t even receive from the builder. Thank you Lions!

Project: We wanted to install a three-zone mini split system in our condo.
Pre-installation: We began working with Leo 7-8 months ago, who was so patient and flexible as we re-drew plans many times in order to meet the requirements of our HOA and the notorious City of Santa Monica. Leo visited our condo multiple times to fine-tune our plans and delayed installation until our newborn baby was a little bit older and went off to daycare.
Installation: Kamo and his crew were so professional and efficient. The installation took just over 2 days to complete, which was on the shorter end of the estimate up front. Despite having several crews working on a smaller condo all at once, they treated our home with respect and always took time to clean up after themselves between days. Kamo communicated clearly with us throughout the project, telling us what he was doing and asking for our input at various decision points along the way. The indoor units are very aesthetically pleasing with minimal visible ducting. The electrical work was done thoughtfully without disruption to any existing circuits.
The final product: Sitting in our loft in the new air conditioning and life is good. Everything works perfectly. Our baby slept through the night for the first time last night; I have to imagine the temperature-controlled room helped a ton! If that's not an endorsement, I don't know what it.
One of the easier five-star reviews I've written. If you're looking to have a mini-split system installed, look no further than Lions.

Parts of my HVAC system had to be replaced due to faulty installation by another company. Now both heat and A/C seem to be working properly.

Dryer ducting was obstructed. Another company (will remain nameless) charged me for a repair that DID NOT WORK. And, they couldn't find the problem. Repairman "Jorge" came out, carefully found the problem, and fixed it along with the damage done by the prior repair person at a fair price. Highly recommend Jorge for this type of work.

Lions is an incredible company from their tech service team, call center, and management. They installed our heating system and vents/ducting a year ago and still going strong. I needed some annual maintenance this week and they had someone out the next day to check my unit out, provide recommended upkeep options and knowledge and explained how to troubleshoot common issues that can occur if any. I’ll be a lifelong customer. Yurii was my tech that came out and an awesome human being.
