A big thank you to Ernie, David, and Yonathan for their excellent service! This team did a great job installing a new ac and furnace in my townhouse. Some things they did that really impressed me were:

- clear communication throughout the whole job. From the moment they arrived until the job was finished, Ernie was proactive in keeping me updated with each phase of the installation.

- respect for my home. David and Yonithan took great care in laying down barriers to keep my house clean during the installation. I had just cleaned the house the night before, and it was just as clean when they left! I appreciate that very much.

- peace of mind. My prior unit suffered water damage due to the safety switch that was not installed properly. Naturally I was concerned over the installation of the new safety switch on the new unit. Ernie took time to demonstrate to me that the new safety switch works as intended.

I could not have asked for a better team to install my new ac and furnace. They even finished 2 hours ahead of schedule! Thanks again guys!

Recently, during these cold rainy days, our heater's blower motor began making horrendous noises every time the system kicked on.

We contacted 3 HVAC companies. Each company came out, checked the problem and then said they would follow up with a quote. We asked them to include a replacement of our A/C system in their quotes.

We had to contact 2 of the companies numerous times to ask where the quotes were. Around The Clock, Inc provided us with a quote in a timely fashion. We did not have to re-quest the quote from them, they were on top of giving us the information we needed.

Ultimately, after reviewing what Around The Clock was providing us with in equipment, warranties, a new NEST thermostat and discount, we decided to use Around the Clock.

Several days later, Ernie, Yonathan and David knocked on our door exactly to the minute on time. The team explained to my husband, each step of what was going to happen. They answered his questions and then proceeded to begin the work.

The systems were installed, tested and the work areas cleaned up completely before we were given a tour of the systems and taught how to use our new NEST thermostat. These men took care of the work areas as if this was their own homes.

The company's own inspector came out to review the work before we signed off on all the paperwork.

We could not be happier with the service and service staff from Around The Clock. We will recommend them to any family or friends needing HVAC services.

Technician Roman arrived on time at 1pm and completed the free DWP HVAC tune up in 15 minutes. He was nice and professional. Great job and thanks again guys!
