After 30 years, it was time to replace my Lennox A/C, which was still cooling the house but not very efficiently by today’s standards. I was referred to Around the Clock by a friend who had a new HVAC system installed and he was impressed by both the equipment he bought and the professional service he received. When the sales person came to my home to provide a quote, he guided me away from a more expensive unit I was considering, to a lower priced one, that had the same A/C specs. The installers worked quickly, but also took the time to answer the many questions I had. The AC is powerful and quiet, as was promised, and has cut my A/C power bill down by about 70 % ! The servicemen are always prompt and thorough when they come out for the annual maintenance. I even had a question on a weekend which was directed to the right person and fully answered. I highly recommend Around the Clock and will gladly use them again, if I’m ever in the market for a new HVAC.

Called and made an appointment for someone to give us an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Around the Clock called me to schedule, they showed up and did a very thorough job. My complaint is with who they sent. The gentleman they sent to my house, upon completion of the inspection was more concerned with sharing how he just moved, his wife's 800 shoe collection had to be paired down, to his motorcycle riding buddies meeting once a month, the new garage units & flooring he recently installed, how he rebuilt his daughters home, his secret storage collection his wife had no knowledge of, a various other topics. We must have sat at my table for about an hour, of which he spent at least 30-40 minutes sharing the above. First of all, not sure why he is sharing all of this, and second, it makes me rather uncomfortable.

This same gentleman was at my home, and reached out to me on a Thursday in regard to setting the installation appointment. I immediately did as he instructed and gave him the info to start the process. Friday came and went. Saturday evening, he reaches out very unprofessionally and tells me that he must have additional information. I said "fine, it had been a long day, will handle tomorrow." He told me "this is what happens when I try to rush a job." I didn't ask for a rush, you advised that you had the appointment. He further said "I have spent a lot of time working this out & coordinating for you." He continued, "I did this...."
"they didn't do...." Isn't that his job? He continued to go back & forth, at which point I just cancelled the job. We own a service business and we always put our customers first. It is our job to make them know they are our priority by how they are treated, by telling them what we are doing for them. I don't need any favors, as far as I am concerned we are paying clients, did everything asked of us, and should be treated with respect. Any business that can disrespectfully badger a client, treated them as if they are doing the PAYING client a favor, spend more time talking about themselves than the client or their needs.... no thank you. I will take our business elsewhere!

They responded to my contact immediately, they had someone at my house the same day, and the technician, Alex, was great. He quickly identified the issue and had it resolved within 30 minutes. He very kindly went through the house and changed all the filters--something that he didn't have to do. I would recommend them highly--hopefully I won't need them again soon--but I would use them!!

I recently hired Around The Clock to repair my washing machine and received excellent, very prompt service. The service technician really knew his appliances by make, year issued, etc. The office staff was very cordial and professional. Would highly recommend and intend to use their services again.

Our experience with Around the Clock was wonderful. From the very first moment- setting up an appointment to have someone come and give us a quote. We had gotten other companies to come out- but they were flakey and didn't seem up for the complicated task (we needed a zoned system for a bigger, old craftsman in a historical neighborhood). Mike Campbell was beyond professional - my favorite part about working with him was that he explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand. I felt like I had all the information I needed to make the right decisions. When it came time for the install, the owner of the company even came out to check on the job and make sure everything was as planned. Then, the install crew was professional, punctual and efficient. Vitaley ran the crew and they finished excatly when they said they would. The system they installed was affordable, and completely met our needs. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them whole heartedly. Thanks Around the Clock!

It is now October 27, 2016 and we are still waiting for service technician to come service our air conditioning. They cashed our payment back on March 8, 2016 and when we called to ask when a service guy would come they said to wait because there is a long line of customers ahead of us. It is now over 6 months and we are still waiting? We have been calling and been getting the same response, I think waiting for 7 months with no service warrants a 1 star or zero star if it is offered. Sorry but we are very disappointed and if we can get a refund we will gladly take the refund and go somewhere else.

After this posting, Around the Clock rep called and apologized profusely and made sure we got attended to ASAP, Service was provided on time and professionally done. They also offered a loyalty reward just to keep our business. They didn't give any excuses for their poor performance but promised they would work hard to do better to avoid negative reviews. Thank you for your professionalism.

We moved to our present location (Sherman Oaks, s. of the Blvd.) 14 years ago. After several months of searching for a reliable heating&air conditioning company that didn't first size up house before quoting a price (then often just playing us out) a friend recommended Around the Clock. Twelve peaceful, well-cared-for and affordable years later, we are devoted customers with annual service contracts on our various units, etc. They also installed our tankless water heaters and we've never had a problem. They come any time we call, day or night. Here's a tip: ask for Oleg.

He provided us with teaching regarding our equipment and his explanations were knowledgeable and reasonable. We had out A/C and heating systems replaced a couple of years ago., and the follow up service we have gotten is superb. I don't hesitate to recommend, Around the Clock, to anyone wanting to install or upgrade a heating / cooling system. Our maintenance service is "frosting on the cake".

The gentleman from Around the Clock arrived on time and fixed the condensing unit on the roof, replaced two broken wall thermostats, charged the freon system in another air conditioner, and replaced the filters. The price was very reasonable. Around the Clock is the company I will continue using and highly recommend.
