Thank you, Bryan! You were an answer to a 20 year frustration, in two different homes, with multiple mini-split companies, who claimed that what I wanted couldn’t be done. You waltzed in, did some creative reprogramming of our unit and, voilà, the impossible now happens every day!! Believe me, after several encounters with Southland, I can say assuredly that everyone at Southland is more intelligent and more knowledgeable than anyone at all of the other companies—and this includes the owners of two of them.

If you need service for your air conditioning and heating you should call Southland Heating and Air Conditioning. This company provides excellent service. Very through, very professional. Bryan Ortiz always does an excellent job.

The service technician did an outstanding job in identifying the problem. Treat him well as he is customer sensitive and truly tries to resolve problems. In this case I thought the issue was the Nest controller but after going into the attic and then to the roof he determined that the issue was the damper on the roof. In a million years I would not have even suspected this to be the issue.
