Was looking for a local company that had their own employees and came across Southland. Scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient for me.

Robert was pleasant and professional; he explained what he needed to do and got to it. I appreciate this as I am running my own business and time is money. Robert didn’t skimp on the service though, he checked my main compressor and then the inside units. Best part is he sat down with me and explained what his findings where. He also provided some types on prolonging my unit.

Our Technician, Robert Alfonso, did an amazing job making sure our unit was good to go for the summer. He was very nice, explained everything in easy to understand terms, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain what he checked, and made sure we knew our options if anything were to happen. He was also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. I would recommend Southland Heating & Air Conditioning, and especially Robert, if you have any worries about your unit.

Robert from Southland Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time with me in analyzing the whole house and current system, properly diagnosing the problem. Not like the other AC technicians/sales guys out there (and I saw a lot!). Very happy with his and his company's work.

Our Southland repair technician was very professional and his technical expertise was impressive. He not only repaired the problem we were experiencing but he went the extra step to trace down the root cause of the problem and determine what needed to be done to keep the problem from recurring in the future.
