Southland are a very professional and trustworthy company. I recommend the engineer mr Hernandez who came to our house. Was quick, efficient and careful and polite. We will request him for our next visit.

Christopher was great! He was on time, explained what he was going to do, showed me results, was extremely neat and clean, didn’t mind my large dog at all and answered all of my questions. I’m confident my system is being well taken care of.

Technician Jose checked HVAC, installed new filter and explained why I received error message when turning on the heat for the first time in more than 6 months. He made sure that the heating system worked properly. Courteous and professional.

My AC was leaking so I called Southland and they were here within 2 days. Tech showed up on time and was very clean and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

Southland continues to exceed my expectations. they installed two HVAC units on my property 6 years ago. They were available to address a compressor problem within a day, arrived early, installed the necessary replacement part for no charge as it was still under warranty. Needless to say I couldn't be more satisfied.
