Bryan the technician arrived right on time. He easily diagnosed the problem with my HVAC system and explained the issue to me thoroughly. He was very professional and easy to deal with. Southland Heating and Air is the best.

Robert was fantastic. Figured out what was wrong right away and fixed it. He was very nice an explained what was wrong. Only complaint is the time frame I was given was for 5-7. No one showed up so I called the office twice to get an estimate but did not get any answers. Finally received a text around 8 that they were on the way. Would have been five stars had I been notified that they were running late.

So happy with my Southland Heater and Air Conditioner Installation. I had intended to move my air conditioner during a backyard pool building project to make room for an outdoor kitchen.

As it turned out, we discovered that it would be better to replace the unit with a side fan Air Condenser and move it the other side of the house, and replace the furnace with an electric forced air heater. While I did purchase a much more expensive project, I am already seeing the value.

Matt, the co-founder, met with me personally and spent a considerable amount of time helping me understand the options for new HVAC system and whether or not I needed to replace certain things. He did everything he could to help me find an Air Conditioning and Heater / Furnace product that met my needs and my budget.

Matt also connected me with an excellent electrician who set up the new power needs from my box to the attic. The installation and inspections went beautifully, and other contractors have commented on the quality of the HVAC Installation project overall. "This is the cleanest build I've seen!" was what my pool builder told me.

Working with the entire Southland team was such an easy experience. They were incredibly respectful of my home, laying down tons of plastic and avoiding any damage to my walls, hardwood, or carpet. There was no damage to my stucco, and they sealed and protected everything they had to run electric lines along. I met with the project manager, and he was very proactive in letting me know about the process and what to expect. I had text message and email alerts to help me prepare for the day, as well as milestones afterward including follow up HVAC Service & Installation, and HVAC Inspections by the county.

Today, we have a very nicely regulated Air Conditioner/Condenser and Forced Air Heater that are really great on our energy bill. And I can rest assured that even in an earthquake we won't be at risk with any kind of possible gas leak from our old furnace. Also, the air quality is so much better, and I'm not waking up with a sore throat anymore because of the dry air from our old gas furnace.

I admit, I was a bit skeptical at first when Sev arrived, but he was a true professional throughout the entire visit. He alerted me to some issues I could have down the road, which I appreciated. Thank you very much, looking forward to your VIP service!

These guys are great! Professional, kind, and thorough with communication to keep their customers informed at every step. So glad we went with them to install and maintain our system!

Robert Alfonso was the Southland Heating and Air Conditioning rep who did the semi-annual checkpoint on my HVAC. He was friendly, efficient and professional. A pleasure to deal with.
Today, on a regularly scheduled biennial inspection, he found some burned out wires in my HVAC roof unit and repaired them. Had he not done so, I may have had to replace the entire unit.

Always a pleasure working with anyone from this company. We needed 2 units, a package unit and another. We were doing a complete renovation. The project required many visits. Todays visit was the preinspection before final city inspections. They have very good systems for being on top of the process.

Sev was extremely polite and appeared to be quite knowledgeable. He diagnosed my heater problem rather quickly which surprised me being that my unit was possibly older than he. Furthermore, although it needs replacement, he was able to get it up and running for the interim. Impressive.
