Nothing but top notch service from the team at Mendez!! From the first inspection with David to the complete installation with Juan and Ricardo, these folks were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and went above and beyond to get the job done. I even had a personal visit from the Owner Rick to make sure everything was good. Thank you Ronda and staff for for your help as well!!! I cannot say enough about your stellar customer service!! I highly recommend Mendez to anyone looking to have a fast and friendly team help you out.

I just had a new a/c installed. It was done in a smooth and professional way. Ricardo, Juan and David did a great job.Have been with them for a number of years now. Very good service with knowledgeable technicians, such as Victor, that patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Office personnel are friendly and efficient as far as booking appointments and follow up.

Good people, good service, good prices. I have used Mendez AC for years, including putting a new unit on our roof. They are great, and don't have an attitude problem like those that barrage you with TV ads. Competent people with a good approach. Won't call anybody else.

We have recently moved to the Thermal area, and we had been looking for a company to service our AC Unit.
We called Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating and they were great. We mentioned on the phone it was getting hot and if a sooner appointment was available if they could schedule us. We received a call a day later saying they had a sooner appointment.
Then the tech called said he was a little sooner if that was okay, it was great. Dave (Morgan, I believe that was his last name), was very professional. Explained everything he was going to do and got to work. After being done, offered some recommendations, we ended up taking the maintenance package and a surge protector. Overall, we are very pleased with the service of the company, from the phone service to the techs. Will be making this company our go to for any future endeavors.

Victor came out, to give me a bid for an Air and Heating maintenance plan & duct cleaning. He had the time so He was able to start the maintenance program. He was very cautious with his tools & latter's, and mindful of my house pets. Extremely Professional, respectful, frequently asked if I had questions. He went way out of his way to please me. I highly recommend Him (you can ask for Him and I would) their prices are competitive but the quality of Victor was exceptional.

This company was pleasant and easy to work with from the minute I called them. The scheduler educated me on the services offered. They kept me updated on the day of the service of time expectations. The Tech called me when he was on his way. He was very nice and professional. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I'm glad I chose Mendez for my HVAC tune-up. I have been using Mendez for 2 years annual maintenance (2 times a year) and the service has been very excellent. The office staff is always very pleasant and courteous to talk to and Chris, who is the maintenance technician is excellent. He is very efficient and pleasant when he is on site and has always been on time for the appointments. Thanks to Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating and see you in December.
