I called on Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating and my first experience was a fantastic. Within an hour of talking with Rhonda and requesting service, I had a technician team out to look at the unit within the hour. Victor and Michael were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They did an exceptional job explaining the issue and the parts needed to complete the work. They were able to fix the unit within a few hours of my calling it in. I will definitely call on them again for maintenance in the future:-) Also, Rhonda was a pleasure to work with on the phone and I appreciated how smooth and relaxed the process was from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!

This summer we needed a new air conditioning system installed. We chose Mendez to do the work for us because we were very happy with previous work. I will definitely stay with this company for all of our needs. They were timely in starting and finishing the instillation. After the new unit was installed additional tweaking was needed they quickly returned to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased with this company; In a time when poor service and sloppy work is the norm, Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating renewed our faith in good customer service and capable work.

I had my semi annual maintenance appointment. Chris went above and beyond. Not only did he do a complete checkup but he stopped for a minute to play “Buzz Lightyear” with my 3 year old grandson. I kept apologizing but he kept reassuring me it was okay. Thank you Chris, I’ve always liked Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating but you made me appreciate this company so much more with your professionalism and kindness.

I thought I could salvage at least 2 summers from the 17 year old system that came with our Palm Desert home before making the investment for an upgrade. Unfortunately, after a couple of test runs in early May 2021, the old system wasn't going to perform like we needed. I'm very familiar with contractor pricing when it comes to materials and labor. I knew the exact split system I wanted and requested 3 quotes from reputable companies with Mendez A/C and Heating being the best hands down when it came to equipment, service and warranty available. Rick's crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jesse is a pretty ba$$ technician. Thanks guys!

Mendez installed our furnace and AC 4 years ago. Everyone from the office (Kelley) to the professional technicians (Victor, Ricardo, Jose) have provided excellent, timely service annually. Always on time, friendly and professional!
