Efficient Air has always provided professional reliable and effective services to either my place of employment and my home. Every technician that I’ve had contact with has been nice and also very knowledgeable.

I was happy that Emily. I think that's her name, was knowledgeable as the person that answers the phone, listened to my concerns, and made appropriate decisions. I was pleased that Ernesto, and I didn't get the name of the other tech, were very thorough. They checked everything and kept me informed. Also gave me their professional opinion. Why I was having the issue of fuses popping was not found. But they did all they could to try to keep from happening again. Their suggestion, of course, is to buy a new A/C unit, which may be the correct solution.

Adam worked diligently to locate the leak in the line that transports the freon. He was amazingly focused on locating the problem and had the AC unit up and running by the end of the day. If you use this company for repairs, I recommend that you request Adam.
