Timo's Air Conditioning & Heating

We were in dire need of our central AC repair. The AC stopped working at 2 am in this desert heat. I filled out a request online. I got a phone back bright and early around 7 am. At 1030 am Nick was here promptly. He knew exactly what needed to be repaired. We know we need a whole new system but we weren’t ready at the very moment. He made only one replacement of a controller and we had AC again. Waiting til next week for an estimate on replacement. We chose next week as we have other commitments to contend to. They were ready to come out the next day. Nick was very polite and professional. No high pressure sales or gouging us for repairs that were necessary at the time. We look forward to the estimate. We feel confident they will make it work for our budget.

Timo's does our 2X per year maintenance of our air systems. They have also responded very quickly the few times we needed immediate repairs. They are the best vendor in this category that we've have ever had. Skilled, professional, and honest. They will give you practical advice about maintaining your systems without advocating for unneeded repairs or system replacement.

Jose from Timo’s came to perform a routine maintenance on our A/C system. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the system and answered all our questions. We purchased the membership plan as we felt it was an excellent value. No one in the desert wants their A/C to fail. Timo’s did a fantastic job and I highly recommended this company!

Andrew was great! He explained what he was doing and why. He shared the various settings that needed to be checked on the parts of the A/C and furnace and how they would affect the operation of the unit. Andrew replaced needed parts and cleaned the unit. He was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed learning more about my system and how to take care of it along with semi-annual maintenance with Timo's. Very happy with the service!

Excellent. Best trained most polite. Let you know electronically when they're coming. I love Timo's. They are old, fashioned ethical business like in days past. They are probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I've had two different technicians and both were professional, trained in the technical aspects. They've installed two systems for me.

My subsequent calls to them can surely measure customer satisfaction and have been extraordinarily successful. I really appreciated the fast and great service delivered to us.

Just had an AC tuneup and Timo did a very thorough job.

Timo's air was out today for an AC summer tune up. The technician arrived within the specified time given. The tech was very courteous and explained everything he was doing in detail. I was very impressed with the tech and the service. At the end I received a detail report on the work done and how the system was operating. I will definitely use Timo's in the future.

The Timo’s team was first class, from the sales consultant coming out twice to design the best system for my home, to the installation crew which showed up on time both days, was extremely professional, and completed a very complex installation without any issues. They ensured that no mess was left behind and everything was tested to work as designed. I would highly recommend Timo’s.
