I love Paul, George and his crew! They are amazing! They were able to squeeze me in within a couple weeks to get my new mini split AC Installed and found my old AC unit capacitor needed to be repaired before the summer got here and destroyed it. They are very professional, punctual, thoughtful, and willing to go the extra mile. Best price and best service in the area! Paul Mitchell's Air Care installed a new heating and cooling system in our place in December. Not only were their prices extremely reasonable, the work they did replacing the 25-year-old system was excellent. Paul Mitchell's son, Devon, was fantastic in how he explained everything from start to finish, never sounding like a salesperson trying to push a product. Soon after the installation, we sold our place and purchased a new home. Paul Mitchell graciously allowed the transference of the maintenance contract to check out the current system in our new place. After working with Devon in our old property, this was my first time meeting his dad and company owner, Paul, during today's inspection. It was obvious where Devon gets his professionalism and polite mannerisms. Paul is gracious and extremely approachable when asking questions about the inspection. Most importantly, he takes the time to carefully explain everything in a way that is understandable and makes sense. I feel like when you find a company that knows exactly what they're doing, offers great pricing, and combines that with kind, respectful interactions, you kind of hit the jackpot. :) We won't be using anyone else but this company in the future. Five Stars-plus!!

After being out of town, we arrived at our house in Palm Desert in the evening and was welcomed to a mid 90's house and an AC unit that wasn't working... Paul responded within 10 minutes to our request (and still apologized for it taking so long to get back to us) and personally came out the next morning. I was away from the house during his work and he was incredibly diligent about sending photos of what he was doing, weighing the coolant to demonstrate where the price was derived from, and was incredibly professional and honest.

Fast forward a few days later, and our other of the 2 systems was no longer working by 6pm. Even at the end of a long day, he was able to get one of his guys on site to begin to remedy the problem. With our systems being Maytag, it took some extra TLC and Paul personally came out to assist his guy and make sure everything was 100%. (He did not charge a service charge, as he honored just being there and reviewing both systems). To ensure that everything was working correctly, his guy came back out the next morning to run a diagnosis on the system again. They communicated even on their ETA and really take pride in being someone you can depend on.

It feels good to know that even if something comes up or a new problems arises, Paul will do everything in his power to make it right and recommend the best approach to maximizing the life of your systems or solving a problem.

Paul's crew installed a range hood vent for me. It was a bit of a tricky custom job, and I was impressed with how they handled it and methodically worked through the various challenges of installation.

The crew showed up on time, installed the range hood perfectly, cleaned up entirely, and completed the job in one day. There was clear communication throughout the process. I was kept well informed of what would happen and when.

I was so impressed with every aspect of the job that I decided to purchase an annual maintenance contract for my HVAC system from them.

My wife and I were renting a tiny home at a Desert Hot Springs resort and the AC went out during a 98 degree day. The resort manager promised that a technician would come out by 5 pm the next day to repair the AC unit. Devon came to the rescue at 9:30 am and promptly identified the problem and fixed it. He adjusted all three of the units to suit the temperature of cool air we liked. Devon was patient in explaining the situation, courteous, friendly and professional!

On Labor Day weekend, my air conditioner stopped working. The company I had a service contract with didn't return my calls. I found Paul Mitchells Air Care on-line and recognized that Paul Mitchell was the person who originally installed my HVAC, when he worked for another company in the desert. Paul himself answered the phone at 7AM and couldn't have been nicer. He offered to send Devon Mitchell, his son, out right away to assess the problem. Devon determined my air conditioning line was frozen and part of my ducting had collapsed. He worked at trying to solve the problem right away, and provided a portable air conditioning to help us survive the 115 degree heat that the desert was experiencing over the Labor Day weekend. Devon had his crew to our house by Tuesday morning, and they were the most professional crew we've ever had to the house for repairs and the most courteous and friendly. Paul Mitchells Air Care pricing was reasonable and the experience was flawless. From now on, Paul Mitchells Air Care has my service contract and I will be contacting him for all my air conditioning and heating needs.

I called our AC/heating company of the past 4 years and couldn’t get an AC maintenance appointment until august so I called Paul Mitchells Air Care and got an appointment in two days.
Spoke with the owner and his wife, both of whom were so nice, such a refreshing rarity these days and had a Saturday appointment on a holiday weekend on the calendar with Devon Mitchell who I assume was their son.
Devon called shortly before the 9am appointment saying he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to boot.

We hired Paul Mitchell to install a new residential heating and cooling system in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and responsiveness that we have received. In addition to the new installation, Paul offered creative solutions to increase air flow into an area of our house that was always too warm. While two other companies told us that we’d need to install new duct work, Paul recommended a simple modification to our existing air ducts that solved the problem and saved us money and inconvenience.
