Paul Mitchell's Air Care is fantastic. They installed and maintain our HVAC system. They are always available, even minor questions or concerns. Texts/Calls are returned immediately. We recently had a problem due to a week of severe dust storms in the Palm Desert area. We called late Friday afternoon of July 4th weekend. We got right through and Devon showed up quickly, conducted a thorough inspection and repaired the problem - no charge (part of our maintenance)! He was great and not rushed even though it was late on a holiday weekend. This is a high quality family owned/run business. I have recommended them to friends. Everyone is very happy. Highly recommend - no upselling, quality products, amazing maintenance and extremely nice and honest people.

Extremely positive experience all around replacing our old and failing AC unit. Very competitively prices (least expensive of three quotes) and able to get the install done within 24 hours. Amazing!!!

They followed the book to the letter with code compliance, permitting, insurance indemnification, Title 24, etc... Did a perfect, clean job also.
