I love these guys. Victor showed up on time when he were supposed to and did a fantastic job. My swamp cooler was a disgusting mess after a big wind storm and the motor stopped working.I freaked out because I was afraid I would have to replace the whole thing. I love how honest they are. He could have told me I needed a new one and I never would have known. But, he told me he just needed to replace the filter and he saved me a fortune. I am a huge fan of Mendez and I signed up for their annual maintenance plan for peace of mind.

Mendez Air conditioning and Heating is an outstanding company. Ronda in the office is always on top of everything and is great about reminding us about servicing our air conditioner for summer and our heater in the winter. They have a very affordable maintenance package deal that I think any homeowner should always have! Highly recommend them!

Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating were assigned to us via our Old Republic home warranty plan - and I am very glad that they did.
I received a call, within a very short amount of time, by a Mendez representative, who was terrific; she was able to send out a team within a few hours. Victor and Mike showed up ; they were extremely professional, and were able to correctly diagnose and fix our furnace. What a relief !
Seems like a great company, and intend on calling them in the future .

My fan motor went out on September 4th at 4:30 in the afternoon when it was blazing hot. Called Mendez Air and the technician Victor came about an hour later, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and fast. I will use Mendez for all of my HVAC repairs and maintenance from now on. Highly recommended.

Wow! Ok ... this AC service today and the annual Mendez Maintenance Program are absolutely amazing. Chris and Michael were on time, kind and professional. They helped us understand issues with our swamp cooler and AC too... and will be back in 6 months for a heater check- up. There is a Mendez difference and today we learned that. Called for a duct cleaning but turned out I just needed a filter replacement (my mistake!). The technician was so friendly and professional, and quickly just changed the filter with no charge! He also took the time to point out a safety hazard that needed to be addressed. I definitely recommend Mendez AC/Heat and will be hiring them for our system maintenance in the future!

Mendez air conditioning is the best in the valley! Rhonda goes above and beyond not to mention how friendly and personable they are! Last minute service calls are tough and Mendez never charges extra! When you need them they are there! Amazing team! Highly recommended

Our experience with Mendez was very pleasant. Technicians Victor and Chris were very courteous and thorough. We appreciated that they donned booties over their work shoes when they entered the house.
