Javier was on time (actually early), explained the fees comprehensively, left the sink/kitchen clean, and completed the job within a timely manner. 5 out of 5 stars, excellent service, will use again in the future if needed.

Since I was misinformed by an inspector and nothing was wrong with my toilet. Tyler performed a good inspection of all plumbing in the unit rather than making a no purpose/ service call that I had accidentally asked for. He was great at communicating with association when he dis find a small issue that is their responsibility. Tyler is very efficient and knows what he is doing.

Very professional and friendly. I didn’t shop around so not sure on pricing but he explained everything and made sense! Would recommend !

I had a sudden water heater leak. I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing Castle Works and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Cory showed up within the promised time frame. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He inspected the issue and clearly explained my options and available packages to replace my existing water heater. He had a new one in truck and did a fantastic professional job hauling away my damaged heater and installing the new one along with upgrading me to code and installing other accessories for safety and longevity of the new heater. As promised, the water heater was up and running before he left. I was concerned about staying without hot water for couple days but thanks to Cory, the job was done same day. Ask for Cory and he deserves a promotion or raise.

We experienced a broken hot water line in the slab of our home. Scott Sobel from Thousand Oaks Plumbing arrived within a couple of hours and performed a thorough leak detection. Within minutes he located the leak, capped off the broken line, and restored water to most of the house. The very next day a crew of workers arrived and rerouted the offending water line through our attic and bathroom wall avoiding having to jack hammer our slab or remove any drywall. They completed the entire job in less than two hours. Amazing! I highly recommend Thousand Oaks plumbing!

This was the best plumbing experience we’ve had! I appreciate Andrew and Juan and everyone else that got to the bottom of our disaster and fixed it within 2 days. I will only use this company for future maintenance and plumbing issues!

I had a problem with a tankless water heater. The technician came fast but he could find out the problem and asked for $700 for a diagnosis by contacting manufacturer, that’s too expensive and ridiculous. I ended up paid $99 for the visit.

He was very responsive when the issue occured - contacting me regularly. now when trying to contact him or have my insurance broker get him to call it has been impossible. I have left 5 messages in 7 days and not one call back. This situation will likely make me look elsewhere in the future. I dont like writing bad reviews but it shouldn’t be this hard. Frustrating

Chris replaced the very difficult gasket, flapper and tower assemblies in 5 toilets,. We had him back as 1 toilets flapper wasn't closing properly. He figured out the this 1 toilet had been outfitted by the manufacturer with an old clasp. He obtained a new clasp, and everything is working just fine.
