iPermit

City of SB pulled our permit and mailed it to IPermit. They have been scheduling appointments with inspectors since May. So far with every appointment, nobody showed up. Information that I could have been given in April, I wasn't given until June. Such as texting the pictures, the contractor had to come, etc. But it still did not explain why nobody showed up. No excuse for this terrible service.

I have calledd 14 times and every time was put on hold and a machine answered. I left my email , and requested I be emailed or texted ith dates and times available. I am self employed and lose money with countless calls over diffferent time in a 2 week perioe Each time . I left suggested dates and times. The response I got was a text or call to call them and the machine's number. One even said I should select option9 and there were no options. There isno way just ot go on line and schedule that I could find. Worse procedure Ihave seen. Who ever set their scheduling system up is not very competent.

Alex C. did an extremely excellent job on my inspection today. He was polite, professional and efficient. He arrived on time and got to work immediately after giving a detailed explanation of what his visit would entail today. Thank you so much for superior service.

Cant say enough great things about our inspector, Daniel D! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We all feel safer now, knowing our homes new air conditioner has been cleared by Daniels high standards! 100/10!

The technician that came to our home called to let us know he was on the way and about how long it would be before he arrived. I really appreciated that!
When he arrived he was professional, explained everything and answered all of my questions.
Very friendly and personable but professional.

Daniel was our technician who came out to do an inspection of our A/C unit, furnace, and attic insulation. He was very efficient, completing the inspection quickly. Daniel spoke to us in a polite manner, gave us some helpful insider tips, and treated us like we were old friends. I really appreciate his candor. He was a real gentleman. I had a very good experience. The scheduler was professional and timely in contacting me. My inspector, Daniel, was on time and professional throughout his visit. I especially liked how he explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He also took care not to damage anything while in my home.

Even though we are still waiting for the second visit from the city, we are more than satisfied with iPermit company's services and efficiency. Vicki, our case handler even took our information home last Friday to call the city on her own time. Thank you for your fine service!

Daniel called and said he'd be here within 20 minutes and he was. He was very polite and professional and wearing his mask. Inspected my furnace and attic duct work. He asked if I had any questions before he left and told me I could call with any questions if needed. He informed me that I would be getting a letter in the mail and what needed to be completed next...Thank you for your service Danial🇺🇸

The inspectors showed up in a timely manner, were clean and Pandemic compliant. They were very through and efficient. They were very respectful and answered all my questions, even the ones that weren't directly related to the inspection. I enjoyed talking with them. Daniel & Sean were nice guys. I wish them well.
