I really appreciate the technician being able to come out as soon as I called. Both bathrooms were down so it was urgent. Alberto was friendly and professional. He did a great job and quickly!

Alejandro Meneses, our technician today, was an excellent and knowledgeable plumber. He installed a whole house water filtration system. Additionally he was extremely patient and polite while answering all of our many questions. My wife and I were very pleased with his workmanship and with CastleWorks in general. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

We had to have our water heater replaced a few months ago, and after dreading the process, we selected Thousand Oaks Plumbing. We were very pleased with the quick, efficient, and thorough service. Everything was installed properly and to code, and the technicians were polite and respectful of our home.

After our dryer was uninstalled recently, we noticed that the water heater was no longer working, so we called up Thousand Oaks Plumbing again. The dispatcher was very pleasant and took detailed information regarding the problem and our prior service. We got an appointment in less than 24 hours with Alen Balikcian who was able to correct the problem with a simple alteration of the dryer disconnection; however, despite the very quick fix, Alen conducted a detailed inspection of the unit to make sure that there were no gas leaks or other issues that could arise. It was a pleasure having Alen in our home, and we would highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing.

Miguel and his crew repaired a bad leak that occurred unexpectedly which made quite a mess. They cleaned up more than their own debris which was unexpected and cleaned the mud and silt that was washed around the outdoor kitchen and pool, which I was not expecting. Very courteous, and professional, appreciated everything they went out of their way to do. To avoid future failures we had hose bib and new valve for pool filler installed as well. Time was taken to walk around and demonstrate what was done, and asked for any questions. Thousand Oaks Plumbing has got a great tech with Miguel and his crew. Thank you for taking care of us in short notice. We appreciate TO Plumbing!
