Thousand Oaks Plumbing

Our disposal had started leaking yesterday but they didn’t have anyone available to come out that day, and scheduled us for tomorrow. As soon as they got a cancellation, I got a call and had a service technician out within 30 minutes.

Brad came in, was super friendly, checked out the problem, explained immediately that the old unit was completely rusted out and we needed a new one. He quickly presented the options for replacement and the pros/cons of each. After selection he very quickly got to work and even went above and beyond to proactively get ahold of colleagues for additional services if needed.

While home/plumbing repairs are never as quick or inexpensive as we might like, I would gladly call Thousand Oaks plumbing for any necessary services in the future.

I had a block kitchen sink drain. I call TO Plumbing, very pleasant & professional dispatch for my call. Tyler arrived on time and was very efficient. The estimate initially given to me on the phone was honored. Highly recommend.

Tyler and his teammate arrived within 15 min. He assessed the issue quickly. Called in a larger snake which arrived within 10 min. They were able to clear the backup in a sewer main line at 130 feet. He was professional and knowledgeable. Price was fair as well.

If you need a drain cleaned in the 805 I wouldn't call anyone else.

I was so happy with the help that Tyler gave today. He not only fixed our garbage disposal, but he explained to my son everything he was doing so my 11-year-old son could learn he went over and beyond helping me know how to avoid this kind of break down in the future. He was kind, helpful, and efficient. I would use Thousand Oaks plumbing again and again because of Tyler’s great service!

Brad was excellent! On time, efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and got it done. He even chatted with our kiddos when he came in the house so they wouldn’t be scared by a new person. Such a nice guy. Would recommend and hire again anytime!!
