The clog was very stubborn and took a long time to clear. He was very patient and kept working until it was clear. He also gave me recommendations for the future. I was very pleased.

Chris showed up the same day that I contacted TO Plumbing. He was able to quickly get my water turned back on, and he provided me with several recommendations .

Stacey arrived on time and assessed the situation and told me my options. She was up front with the cost and likelihood of my repair being a short term solution. She did a wonderful job clearing our laundry drain and we scheduled for a more thorough hydrojet and camera to see why we have had continued issues over the years. Again, Stacey and crew arrived on time and were very communicative with me in terms of what they found and what my options were. We have not yet taken the next step (re routing drains) because the estimate was much higher than I anticipated. Cost aside, I highly recommend Stacey and Tony at TO plumbing.
