Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical

Kilowatt Heating and Air put in our new central heating and air system and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. After becoming very dissatisfied with another company we called Kilowatt Heating Air and they moved in and got the job done. From their service personal, the sales staff, and the office team, we have received quality work and professional attendance to our needs and answers to our questions. We highly recommend this company and their staff.

Kilowatt was very professional and timely in response to my request for service. The owner himself, who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in HVAC systems, serviced my residence when the company was over whelmed with requests for service calls. I would highly recommend Kilowatt for servicing your HVAC problems and for new HVAC installations.

They offered prompt, friendly service. They fixed my AC. Then they explained further options for a new AC system in the future when my old system finally gives out.

Our job was completed yesterday and we couldn't be happier. We were given a quote on Saturday and the work started Tuesday. They stayed true to their quote and any additional work needed was advised and agreed upon (including pricing).
The workers were EARLY each day and took particular care to cover floors, furniture, etc., swept up and cleared all trash away daily.
The work done was A+ and our new unit is saving us money as we speak.
Dean is a pleasure to work with, answers his phone everytime and keeps in constant contact regarding the progress of the job.

My A/C stopped working on Tuesday. Dean came out the next day and solved the problem immediately. Turned out to be such a minor problem that I wasn't even charged for the service call. How nice was that! I highly recommend this company for being honest, friendly, and professional

AC unit started crashing out during that ridiculous heat wave a few weeks ago (Ya know, the 118 degrees in mid-June?). Called my current service company and they couldn't fit me in until July 6th. Needless to say my wife and dogs were not happy over the weekend of June 16-17. Called back following Monday to be "wait listed" and never heard back.
Gave up after a few days and called Kilowatt. Explained the situation and they got someone out within hours of calling on June 23rd. Fantastic! Just wish I had called sooner.

After having a bad experience with another electrician, I tried Kilowatt. They were professional, showed up on time, and did not go over the estimate. I will happily use them on any future electrical or AC issues I have.
