Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical

We have been using Kilowatt for several years since they upgraded our home HVAC system and installed a new condenser. They also upgraded the system at our business. Kilowatt now services both locations on a regular schedule. We have found their technicians to be prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They take the time at the end of each visit to explain exactly what they have done, answer any questions, and provide photos to show what they may have needed to repair or replace. Kilowatt's prices are fair and their monthly maintenance fee is very reasonable. I highly recommended Kilowatt.

I went with the two stage heat pump split unit that went in my attic and on the roof. They got me all the rebates from DWP and the state. Dean was the only one who told me my duct system needed to be upgraded and my intake, where the filter is in the whole ceiling needed to be enlarged. After I did my own research, he was correct the other companies apparently don’t do that and I see why it’s a lot more work but at the end I feel there was much more value and now I’m saving energy with this unit. I can even sleep with the heater on at night because it’s on low speed. I highly recommend this company.

We've used Kilowatt for about 10 years. They've installed a wall A/C unit, replaced an electrical panel, done routine maintenance, and helped when our son caused an electrical issue and we needed to replace outlets. They always come when they say they will, their office staff is courteous and prompt in returning calls, their work is always excellent. I have never had any trouble with them and I recommend them highly to anyone in need to A/C work.

Outstanding from my first meeting with Dean to saying Good Bye to his professional team. The system was explained, our options were well stated. Work was done in a clean and efficient manner. The crew worked well together and were very respectful of our home. I have been a contractor for over 30 years and this has been one of the best projects I’ve been involved with. After a power outage that affected the whole house, our HVAC system wouldn’t respond to the thermostat. Further inspection revealed no power going to the unit. Deen from kilowatt called me and walked me through about 10 minutes of troubleshooting, which fix the problem he was a lifesaver, and saved me, potentially hundreds of dollars in service calls and what disreputable operators might’ve charged. I’ll call him again in the future. Thankful and grateful that there are still honest servicemen in this world.
