I requested a heater tune up advertised at $88.00. Got an appointment and technician (Scott) arrived at exactly 12:00 the time arranged. He introduced himself and I showed him to the heater in the garage. To make a long story short, he was fantastic. He took pictures of heater, checked gas flow, checked circuit board, blower and a bunch of other things I know nothing about. He was here for 2 hours and was thorough in everything he did, even explaining all the pictures. It was the best service I could ever have expected. And the price was unbelievable. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you
We had Moore out to do the annual check on the heating system of the house we are renting and I'd just like to give a shout out for Abraham. He was our service provider that day and he couldn't have possibly provided better service. He was friendly, polite, very informative and a real pleasure to welcome into our home.
Fantastic customer service all around! I Was worried about my central heating. My repair rep not only did a service check but explained everything to me. He really eased all my concerns about the heater. He even offered his services to help me if I needed to move something. Wow! Great job all around! I plan on using Moore Home Services not only for me, but as a recommendation for my friends!
I had a problem which resolved itself before the visit, but I figured I'd have the technician check out the system in anticipation of a recurrence. He did a very thorough check up, including making a hole in the plenum (above the heating tubes) to get a clear video of the condition of the "heat exchanger." He convinced me that they're at/near end of useful life and that the heater, being about 40 years old, can't be repaired with new parts. I could buy few more months/years, or put in a new system and start enjoying it now. An installation salesman came out an hour or two later and gave me my options, from basic to elaborate, but recommended just the basic, given our home and needs. Will be installed this week. I'm not sure of the pricing value, but I am comfortable with the company and the employees I've met.
Representative was on time. Called first to tell us he was on the way. Greeted us by name & explained what work he was doing today. Work was performed promptly. Area was left neat & clean. In conclusion of work he showed us pictures of areas of service work was performed (cleaning & replacement of any parts if needed.
Always respectful. Moore continues to have the highest quality of repair people.
I have used Moore Home Services on several occasions for HVAC repair or maintenance and have been very happy with the result each time. The service technicians listen and you can tell they know their trade. A special call out for Cote (and team) on this occasion for providing a very professional approach to the problem with some good options for repair and for identifying some other issues which could have created a problem in the future.
Justin, the MHS Tech was very thorough and professional in his service of our system. He also explained in detail going over all the photos taken today of our unit. It was reassuring that he, too, (as did last year's MHS tech) commented on the quality of the unit that was installed here. We were very pleased with his cleaning of the unit burners and replacement of the air return filter and overall inspection of the furnace and duct work. Thank you, Justin.
The service on Sat. Was great. I was originally scheduled for Friday between 4-6. I confirmed the appointment and Moor service confirmed back. No one showed on Friday and I received no Text or call saying it was canceled. The next day I called and Moor service had a Tech out by 1:30 that day. He was very professional and did a very detailed inspection and time up of our system.
Raymond was wonderful. He definitely went above and beyond to solve the mystery with the strange sounds we have been hearing for the last 2-3 weeks. He discovered the issue and knew just how to fix it! He explained everything so I could understand and was very patient and thorough. Will definitely recommend Moore Home Services and will use them for any future needs. Thank you!
