Jeff was earlier than scheduled which suited me fine - freed up the day! He was very efficient and professional, while being friendly and easy to talk to. He enjoyed my cat too.

Furnace failed to operate after tuneup. Company squeezed me in for a service two days later. Service tech quickly got furnace running and stayed to make sure system was working properly.

After I had contacted Moore Home Services, Sam came to inspect my old furnace. He was thorough in evaluating the cabinet where the furnace was, and he even climbed the attic for further inspection. We agreed to replace the old furnace with a new one. Then, Jacob and Mauricio came to replace the furnace. Both were diligent with the job they performed. They did good quality work and finished the job in one day, as they promised. Before leaving, they ran the new furnace, and it worked very quietly. I am happy and satisfied with the job. Really impressed with the end-to-end service and experience working with Moore over the last month to purchase and install a new A/C system for our house. James, a technician, was beyond professional in every engagement (in person, on phone, in email) and worked rapidly to get the clarity to our questions. Oscar and the install team took extreme care of our property and made sure we were informed of key steps throughout the install. Oscar was patient as we renegotiated placement of the unit with the San Rafael permit office.
