They did an okay job installing the new heater and ductwork. However we returned from a week long trip late Friday night (11/18/22) and found a non functioning heater (it was 54 degrees inside the house) I called their number and it was answered by the non office hours person. She said they do not provide after hours service. I called first thing Saturday morning (11/19/22) the very rude agent told me “we have no appointments until Saturday (11/26/22)” I explained that we were having a large group of Family guests for Thanksgiving (many in their nineties) and would it possible to have someone sent out sooner, and that I would be happy to pay for their overtime or whatever else. She rudely said “that’s impossible, do you want to book the Saturday appointment or not”. When we had the new heater and ductwork installed we joined (for a monthly fee of course) what they call their “Gold Club” which was supposed to give you extra benefits…. So here we sit with a very cold house. But at least we have the satisfaction knowing we are a member of the Gold Club” 😤 Edit: 11/26/2022 Received a call from Ryan regarding this review. He seemed to be very genuine in gathering information as to what happened and how his company could resolve our concerns. They dispatched a repair (Justin) man out to our house, performed a through inspection of the heating system, installed new filters and made adjustments to the burners. Everything is now perfect! Amazing customer service! And on top of that we received an American Express gift card a few days later. Thank you Ryan. 👍
Excellent service. They provide just good classic solid service. The tech was knowledgeable and prepared. Let me know what was going on with my heating system. He gave me suggestions. I am very interested in their monthly maintenance program which totally makes sense. $20 a month for peace of mind on air conditioning, heating, plumbing and they’ll even flush your water heater. And their discounts for service if you are a monthly member totally makes sense. I don’t have a whole Lotta money to spend right now so I just got their $99 service. I got it five years ago. I needed it again.
Waited almost 2 weeks for repair. Technician arrived on time, was courteous and protected my floors while working. As soon as he left I noticed more noise than usual from the heater. Next morning heater closet had water on its floor and the condensate pump was still not working. I now have to wait another week for a second technician. It is currently 31 degrees and I can’t use my heater. I’m not happy.
Desmond was super kind and communicative. He explained everything, answered all my questions, cleaned up everything perfectly and did a super thorough job testing to ensure things were fixed.
I always call Moore for repairs. They team is very knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. Very neat and respectful while in your house. If they see something that can be fixed, they do a great job explaining of issue in layman’s terms. I always feel confident when they are here. I know whatever needs to be fixed is done. I can’t say this about other service providers. Good job Moore team!
I am always pleased with their service, every time! It does not matter which service I need within their specialty, they perform at the highest level if integrity and quality. Several technicians have been at our house. All of them were knowledgeable, respectful, considerate, and inspire confidence. In the last visit, Scott gave us his full attention and care and advised us honestly and confidently about everything we asked. And we asked a lot of questions!!! What a pleasant experience it was even though we had some complicated variables in the house to be considered. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you Scott!
We have been clients of Moore since 2015. They have regularly maintained both our air conditioning and heating systems. Their service is timely, very professional, and, most importantly to me, their technicians thoughtfully and thoroughly explain what they are doing, or need to do, explain what my options are and their relative costs, and the extent to which each option will resolve the problem. And this is all done in a consultative mode….. not in a lecturing or talking down manner. We are very happy with their service.

Moore Home Services has a variety of skilled workmen, and the A/C guy who came out was indeed very knowledgeable. He immediately found what was wrong with our 20-year-old Air Conditioning Unit. He fixed it immediately and recommended another maintenance fix that would prevent another breakdown in the year or two. Our community has gotten very difficult regarding air conditioning systems, so keeping our top of the line system (20 years ago) running well for As Long As Possible is our top priority. These guys are smart helpful. Highly recommend.
