I love the entire staff at Moore! Everyone I have dealt with from customer service to installation technicians to salesperson is not only extremely professional, but lovely to deal with. My Heat Pump system works flawlessly and I will ALWAYS recommend their services. The best in town!!

These guys are great! I don’t remember her name but the woman who helped me on the phone to get the appointment setup was very friendly and courteous while asking ask the relevant questions about my issue. On the day that the technician (Arlo) came by they followed up with a phone call letting me know exactly when he was going to arrive. He arrived on time, was also very friendly and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a fair price for the work. I will definitely use Moore again.

I had my plumbing inspection done today. Bautista was very professional and thorough. He explained what he did and how everything looked good. He even adjusted my shower head which had loosened up and was hanging, which I really appreciated.

Had a fantastic experience today. It was by far the most pleasant interaction I have had with anyone from this company in the 10+ years we've been using Moore's services. Thank you!

Just had a great guy come and fix my airconditioner. He was charming, competent, neat and complete on doing his work. Five star except that when I scheduled the visit for a week ago, at 8 in the morning when someone was to come they called and cancelled. The bad news is they scheduled for a week later and inbetween we had 3 days of 96 to 105. So I was an unhappy camper.

This used to be a good company until it was sold. Our heat pump that Moore installed not even 5 years ago completely fried more than 2 months ago and has still not been repaired or replaced. The worst thing is that there is no communication whatsoever. No one returns calls or tells us what’s going on. We have no issues with the technicians we’ve dealt with but don’t expect any customer service. If I were you I’d take a hard pass on this company.

Moore had a fair but not silly low-ball price. They turned up on time, they were professional and friendly and did the whole job in the 6 hours they said it would take. Bunch of friendly guys too. Put down work mats, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves at the end. Also used liveried vans.

What I especially liked is that they explained my options clearly with no overselling tactics. They educated me on price/performance which allowed me to specify a perfectly respectable setup by that matched our needs for about *60%* less than an absolutely perfect one.

They also arranged the city inspection. Don't let anyone tell you you don't need that!

They just did everything right.

I had Moore Home Services come out for a general plumbing inspection and water heater flush. Although we did not ultimately flush my water heater due to age, Joe was very thorough and informative about the systems in my home. It was a very positive experience and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and helpfulness.

The technician was prompt, communicative, and very courteous. He did a thorough investigation of my plumbing and documented all its parts. I didn’t have any current problems, so I can’t speak to the quality of repairs. Actually, I didn’t know that Moore had expanded into plumbing repairs, but I will certainly call them with any problems.

Moore Home Services have done several repairs and a water heater replacement since we moved into our Windsor home three years ago. They do annual inspections of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. We have been very happy with their work and especially pleased with the courtesy, knowledge and friendliness of their workers.
