Emmanuel from Moore Home Services came for our annual Heating System maintenance. He was the most professional, efficient, informative and friendly technician that we've ever had at the house. He was able to clearly show through photos exactly what he checked and the status of each component. I certainly hope that whenever Moore sends a technician to our home the person will be at the quality level of Emmanuel. Thank you Moore Home Services.

Emmanuel was great. Very thorough, explained everything he found (never had it explained in such detail), and went into the attic to check that our cold air return was sufficient, and into the crawl space to prepare an estimate for us. Very pleased with the service we received.

Sam was the representative who came to my house to talk about replacement of furnace and installing A/C. He was professional, on-time and gave a good assessment of my choices. Trouble shooting a plumbing leak. It took quite a while to locate it - in an inaccessible area under a low deck, so they were not able to complete a repair at the same time, but I was just happy that they identified its location. AND while he was under the house the serviceman noticed a drain line that had never been glued and took care of that at no extra charge. They installed my mini-split some years ago and maintain it and my gas furnace. I have always been happy with them.

Every single employee I have ever had work on my house from Moore has been extremely knowledgeable, professional,respectful and has had a lot of integrity. Joe B. was a fabulous guy, explained everything clearly in a non condescending way. Was thorough and gave me confidence in my system. Definitely 5 stars!

I was extremely impressed with the performance of Moore Home Services starting with the inspection of my 30 year old gas furnace to the installation of a new two stage model the very next day. they arrived with a four man installation team completing a perfect job in 5 1/2 hours.
