Moore had installed my new furnace last year. Did a furnace and water heater check, installed new filters has year.. All covered under membership, and the service is great. Staff that comes is both knowledgeable and most helpful..

Mike, and Ray McGee, did a wonderful job. Very friendly, very professional, came on time, and helped me out with some extra things that I really appreciated including; setting up voice dictation for my laptop! Way to go Moore home services!

Very satisfied with the technicians and installation staff installing our new forced air unit! We possibly could find someone less expensive however their follow up and professionalism made our experience with Moore well worth the investment.

Made an emergency appointment to have our central air/heat system repaired and/or replaced. They didn’t show up. When I called to ask what happened, some immature and defensive woman on the phone said the appointment was never made and was incredibly rude to me when I expressed frustration over the poor customer service. Instead of helping me, she whined that it “wasn’t her fault.”

Joe was knowledgeable, professional, explained all he was doing. Made sure we understood how to keep our system maintained between service tune ups. Excellent service and technician.
