They were able to come out the next day and arrived within their window. The Technician was friendly and wore coverings inside the house. He was able to locate the problem immediately and fix it promptly. He even vacuumed up after he was done. He did a recheck of the entire HVAC system to make sure the issue was solved. I was only charged for the service call (which by the was was about HALF of every other competitor that I called.) 10/10 service and will definitely be my first call should any future issues arise.

I had a valve start leaking on my tankless water heater, but they are only sold in pairs (hot/cold)... Makes sense to me except I don't need both valves, so Finn only charged me half of the quote (I guess they had to write it up as installing 2 since they're sold as 2) and said he'd keep the "extra" one in case someone else had the same problem. They were back the next day with the parts, did a great job on the install (looks very clean), and even added pipe insulation that was not there previously. Very friendly and professional. I'd hire again.

Wow! KC home services has the best customer service in all of Sonoma county! I have worked with many plumbing services and have not gotten the care as I had from them. I needed my toilet repaired (it's the only one in the house so an emergency) and because they couldn't see me right away, Virginia was able to find me another plumber to see me sooner!!! I am beyond grateful for KC Home Services and Virginia! They definitely have a customer for life, I know I will be calling them first anytime I need services regarding plumbing and other services they offer. Thank you!!

I scheduled to have a technician come out and inspect my fan on a Thursday. The guy was great. But one big problem. After the inspection he told me that he will call me back in an hour and come back for the repair. But he never did. I figured his company will call me back for a follow up. I waited till Monday. Nobody called. I call the company and they said the guys boss was on vacation and she was sorry and will definitely call me back. I waited till the following Monday nobody called me back. I call the company again and she apologized again. This time I was very concerned and told her that I donโ€™t believe you guys are going to reach out to me. She said, โ€œno we will.โ€ Here I am the Monday after the last and still no call. Not sure what how they run business there but Iโ€™m getting no response

Was having an issue with the system fan constantly running at the low stage. There was a technician who looked at the system a couple months back, but the issue persisted. They sent Michael G out to check the system. After explaining just what was happening, he began checking the system. Turned on the AC and noted that what I'd said was indeed happening. After checking the thermostat, he went to the garage to check out the main unit. He took readings on the main board, then went to the main control box for the duo system. As he went to take a reading, as soon as he touched the probe to a connector, the fan immediately jumped to a higher speed. When he removed the probe, the wire fell out of its connector. Took less than 10 minutes for him to find the problem, properly reconnect the wire, and problem solved. Highly recommend asking for Michael G if you have HVAC problems that ;eed to be troubleshot and fixed.
