I have had poor experiences in the past but decided to give them another chance in the hope that things would have improved. Same Same.
Incredibly disappointed with the overall experience.

If you're into being treated poorly and being lied to by various rude individuals, this is the place for you.

Remember, you need us, we (HVAC Contractors) don't need you. Santa Rosa offers much better alternatives like Slakey Bro's and the Oakland branch is much more responsive and has excellent customer service comparably.

I am a GC and have purchase from this place before in the past called in to see if they had something in stock the guy was a jerk on the phone with we only sell to license contractors I explained that I was a GC and he said c20 only. That's the first time in years I have ever been told this and will never buy there again.

Tyrone and John is always on the grind , super knowledgeable and quick to help you with anything you need . Give these guys a raise . Well deserved

Had a critical emergency order after another supplier screwed up. John was extremely helpful and monitored my order to make sure we would receive it in time. Prompt, polite, and professional service. Gary was helpful too. Thanks guys!! A+

I used to have an account there as an electrical contractor. I need a part and now they say I need a HVAC license to buy!

Wonder how much the industry paid to get that law passed?
