KC Home Services may have a new-ish name, but this big family-owned business has been around forever.

The obvious reason for their long standing in the community is their absolutely terrific staff. Keeping good people is neither easy nor automatic, so somebody up the food chain is doing something right.

The KC family matriarch staffs the phone, and she is thoughtful and unflappable. And the KC patriarch checks in with the son/boss and the rest of the crew. The estimator who came to my house, Brooks, is knowledgeable and experienced, and a great communicator. I learned a lot from him. He took great care of me.

But I have to give special thanks to the main installer Brandon P. and his team-mates Victor A. and Chris. Ask for them if you can them. My general anxiety about field techs (from past experience elsewhere) was quickly overcome by the skill and care these guys showed from the moment they arrived all the way through a good job completion.

I don’t know anything about the details of HVAC, but these guys walked me through their process as they progressed, and calmly made sure I understood the issues that should matter to me.

Not only do I have a new AC system customized for my situation, I also understand from them what I need to do to keep it performing well.

KC Home Services. On a scale of 1 – 5, I give them an eleven.

Call them.

I called KC Home service because I discovered a bunch of corrosion on some water lines in my garage. The house was new to me and I didn't know the quality of existing plumbing work. I knew that anything Travis or any of the techs at KC did would be top quality and before the plumbing got blocked by the washer and dryer I wanted to know it was reliable. Travis showed up within an hour of my call and worked with me to figure out the best way to repair the pipes. He had everything he needed on the truck and took care of it right then.

Finn and Will arrived on time, were very respectful of the property
and took care of our drainage problem. They explained everything to us and were very knowledgable and professional. We would definitely use this service again.

Brooks was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some great information and peace of mind.

The service i received from the office to the two men who made the call was excellent. They could not fix my water softener and ended up not charging for a service call!! Pretty awesome I'll say...I will keep their number handy for future plumbing problems and am passing on their business cards to friends. Businesses like that are hard to find!!

I emailed Virginia on a Saturday and she had scheduled Finn and Will to come by Monday.
I had bad water hammer that was caused by loose pipes for over a year. Finn and Will showed up right on time and were able to fix the issue within 20 minutes.
I couldn’t recommend KC home services more. They’re a great local company and with prompt service at an awesome value.

Copper pipe to swamp cooler sprung a leak. Water everywhere. Only way to stop water was to turn off main water line to house. KC was able to come out within 3 hours of my call and fixed problem in 35 minutes. Thank you KC.

We had a tankless water heater and completely new HVAC system installed by KC, and our overall experience was great. Brooks helped with the sales process and was punctual, professional and thorough. We had an issue with communication when install started, one piece of equipment was installed in the wrong area but Kevin, the owner reached out personally with options for us and offered a discount as well. We also loved working with Virginia, such a sweetheart! We were told that Kevin took the whole team to the Giants game, family included, as a team building activity. What a great crew! I especially love the text messages with photo and bio for every tech who came by, and excellent COVID safety. One star removed for communication issues, and took several months to complete the work.

Travis and two other people came to install a new water heater and water filtration system. They were professional and polite. Very happy about the job they did.

I contacted Virginia at KC home services, and despite being nearly 100° for 3 days straight causing high demand for HVAC services, she was quickly able to get a technician to my home to look at my system. My HVAC tech Marvin was extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and quickly repaired my AC system. He quickly identified the problem, was communicative, and did quick and efficient work. I have been using KC home services for about a year now, they installed my new HVAC system in my home. From the beginning, they have been quick responsive and professional. It is hard to find a business that operates like them, and I will use them for years to come. I recommend them for anybody who needs HVAC or plumbing, you will not be disappointed!
