Well, first off, shout out to Virgina who answered a message at 12am in the morning. To be honest, that's something you rarely see. Second, I had Finn come out the following morning to confirm that my water heater was at its end. He was cautious and very courteous about the process. He didn't want to push a new water heater on my right off the bat, but I knew it was time.

Finn got the water heater swapped out and put in all kinds of new fittings to be up to code. (They ran a permit which costs more but I like that the work being done is legit) Unfortunately with my luck, this new unit was defective. We had issues with it that caused PG&E to come out. All the while Finn was apologizing for something out of his control.
They went ahead and got another unit out to the house within hours and it's up and running. Finn is probably sore from the cramped space that he had to work in, but I sure am grateful for his hard work on the job. He was neat and clean and always answered my questions. It's important to educate yourself as a homeowner about these things and I enjoyed learning. Thank you all at KC home services who helped me and supported Finn. I'll be using you for my plumbing/heating and air needs in the future.

Heater was blowing cold air. Very experienced technician Michael was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it easily in few minutes. He had all the right tools for the job. Good customer service.

I had been in contact with KC Home Services before covid. After the last few years I have finally had a new furnace installed and could not be more pleased with the staff at KC Home Services.
From the time I met Brooks until the final installation the experience has been good. Excellent when things were not know and questions asked and the week after questions. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Thank you so much for your professional care.

KC Home Services is our go-to for plumbing. The service is fantastic and their team’s highly knowledgeable. We installed a UV filtration system, water softening, toilets, faucets, and had leak repair work all completed by KC. Travis W. is our trusted advisor at KC for any and all of our plumbing questions/projects. We know with absolute certainty the project is getting done right when he’s on the job.

After contacting KC, they scheduled a service technician to come out the next day. Our furnace, zone controller, and thermostats were replaced within 3-days start to finish. They were honest about our options, communicated exceptionally, and did a fantastic, and clean install. I will definitely consider giving KC a call for any future HVAC related work.

Michael had my furnace up and running in about 5 minutes. He was very knowledgeable friendly great sense of humor and empathy as I'd been without heat for a month as the other company I had asked to come out really did not take care of my situation and totally misdiagnosed the problem. Fortunately my handyman suggested I find somebody else and I found KC and Michael came out and took care of the problem rather than having to wait another 3 weeks for a part that wasn't even necessary.

When our furnace died on Dec 26th KC Home Services was one of the only places that was open due to the holidays. They responded right away! We decided to go ahead and replace the furnace with a new heat pump and new ducting. Our project was rather large (bad crawlspace, sump pump needed, rainstorms ensued) but they powered through and got us all set up. They were friendly, communicative, always on time, and knowledgeable. We are satisfied with their services.

Michael was great. Office organization maybe could’ve been better. Our original appointment was rescheduled without our knowledge…I didn’t know until no one showed up at the appointed time. Office person I spoke with was apologetic and as mistakes happen, we will try KC again with future work.

Everyone at KC Home Services was friendly and very helpful. They were also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help us discuss a fairly difficult upgrade of both the furnace and AC at our house to a heating pump system

My technician was Brooks Robertson. He was professional and personable. He provided the information I needed to make an informed decision as to how I will proceed with replacing my 20-year-old furnace with either a new gas furnace or a heat pump system including potential rebates and financing.
