One of my vents didn't seem to work lately so I called for service late on a Friday. I was scheduled for the very next Tuesday. Michael G came, checked it out, went under the house, and redid all the connections for that vent. All my other vents were fine. This was a recent development, and there didn't seem to be a reason for the issue, but now there are no leaks, I have heat from that vent, and I know I can count on KC Services to take care of me. Thanks again for providing wonderful service!

Finn and Jonathan came by and took care of my lateral sewage line (a tree's roots had grown through the old pipe and blocked up the line so sewage would come up my downstairs toilet/shower). Both Finn and Jonathan are super friendly, very professional, and got the job done quickly. They even helped me remove a bush and disposed as much of it as they could, so I wouldn't have to try to fit it all in my compost bin. These guys made what could've been a hellish experience pretty great. Thanks again!

Our furnace quit this morning, called KC services at 9Am, Michael showed up as promised at 11:15, when t right to work fixing our unit it about 30 minutes. Very professional, friendly and honest!!

I'm very impressed with KC Home Service. Very professional from beginning yo end. Techs communicate well. They installed a new water heater. However, this last time they came to ignite the water heater, the tech did not know how yo do it. We ended up calling the manufacturer, followed guided instructions and, took care of it ourselves. I'm still happy with the initial service, I now have mixed feelings. I will never the less try them again should the need arise.

Super professional, knowledgable, polite, customer focused. Went above and beyond to replace my ancient and broken furnace and water heater in the nick of time before Thanjsgiving holiday. Presented options, carefully explained pros and cons of each. Very impressive.
